I got a good deal. The Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The auto I purchased was clean and detailed very nicely. The showroom was very clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy an auto.

I could probably write a book here, but will keep it
I could probably write a book here, but will keep it brief. Everyone was super nice. I arrived for my appointment with sales and the salesperson was late. Another sales person tried to convince me I had the wrong date/time. The deal and negotiations were very poor. The first offer they placed on the table was 15% higher than the price advertised online and my trade was valued at 52% of the good KBB trade value. It went downhill from there. Will never go back.

I bought a 2yr old truck that beat the price of every truck I saw from Sarasota to Tampa about 6 months of looking. I already knew Gettel was a reputable car dealer. But I didn't expect the people was so friendly and let you make up your own mind. Zach Dwyer (my Salesman) just give my the facts and let me make up my own mind.NO hard sell at ALL. Zack came in on his day off and waited over an hour while I was with the finance Dude (Troy Hill) just so he could be the one to hand me the keys. Troy, you'll have to experience him yourself he makes signing paper fun. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend any other dealership. Thank You Zack, Troy and Gettel

Very professional. Russell is to the point on what is or is not needed and keeps tabs on the work flow in the service department bays. all together a much better experience than with Sunset Kia on TamiAmi ... they are forever trying to up sell you for unnecessary service actions.
