Super great costumer service and amazing technicians.

My experience with Mazda sport was not the best.

My experience with Mazda sport was not the best. First of all I purchased my Mazda at this location with Aaron Paige sad to hear he is no longer there. I used to go to Mazda headquarter in Clermont for all my services and their customer service is outstanding!! Always keeping me in the loop. I also asked them once for a courtesy car the day of and they were able to provide me with that happily. I moved over to the Longwood side of town and now I have to go to Maza sport for services, but my first time making an appointment was not the best. I overlapped my appointments, and I had asked if I could get a courtesy car, I was immediately told no. For customer care and someone who has been in the customer service industry for 16+ years you would think that you would try to accommodate or make me THINK you tried. My second appointment I had to make because I had to reschedule since they wouldn’t provide a courtesy car. I arrived on time and I sat there in the lobby for three hours waiting to get my oil changed ( when I was told 1.5 hours which is still a ridiculous time.) and I wasn’t notified when my oil changed was done. I had to walk up when the clock was hitting THREE HOURS and asked if my car was ready. There it was sitting right there in front of the window ready to be driven. Tyler was my service advisor. He was nice cashed me out right away afterI went up there because I was not notified that my car was done. The staff was more concerned about their lunch picnic that they were going to be having and setting up for the last three hours in the lobby. The energy was very low, overall not very good experience. Debating if I should just schedule my appointment out with headquarter Mazda in Clermont which would be an inconvenience but I know their service is always top notch and I leave happy. Maybe better luck next time.

I had a great experience at Sports Mazda! Beth the customer advocate is the best! Beth helped make sure everything was taken care of correctly when i had some issues and was a great advocate! She followed up with me afterwards and made sure I had all of the paperwork I needed! Beth is the BEST!

Bought this car out of state and was a little nervous

Bought this car out of state and was a little nervous about doing that but Aaron walked me through it and helped me through the whole buying experience. I flew down to Orlando and he picked me up at the airport, when we got to the dealership car was as described. Drove it back to PA (16 hours later) without any problems. Great customer service! I wish we had dealerships like this in Pennsylvania! Thanks Aaron!

Extremely honest and caring dealership.

Extremely honest and caring dealership. My salesman Zee did a wonderful job. Everyone down to the fantastic,very friendly and courteous custodian was wonderful. It was a great car buying experience.

I am a Mazda girl all the way .

I am a Mazda girl all the way . . . driving two Miata's over the last 20 years as well as servicing my cars with Sport Mazda, but it was time to make a change and I purchased the CX-30 Turbo. Brian in the service area put me in touch with Jose in sales and the rest is history. Going from a 2007 Miata to a 2024 CX-30 was an adjustment in terms of the tech built into the car, but no problem, Beth in Customer Service set up an appointment to in-service me on learning my new car. This dealership operates as a team with the customer experience being the number one goal . . . and it shows! Whether it is service or sales, I know I am going to be taken care of. Shout out to Jose and Beth for going above and beyond!
