Salesman Fredo was nice that's the only reason I did not give 1 star. But after that the rest of the group is near useless. They have no one who will take responsibility for answer what they have done with the Title and Registrations paperwork and not we can not drive the car. My next step is small claims court. Avoid all Koons dealerships

I recommend to avoid Koons. They have no interest in trying to see that your paperwork is send off in a timely manner. They won't answer phone calls or e-mails, unless it is a salesman looking for their next commission, which is I understand. I would buy from any other private party or dealership because this Woodbridge Hyundai dealership has no customer service and no manager who will clean up their sloppy follow-up and you will regret buying from them. I expect we may have to take them to court to get them to actually follow up. Will speak with a lawyer next week.

What a crappy Dealerxxxx. Lies, lies, and more lies. I purchased a used Santa Fe and was told that i would be able to get my vehicle serviced at any dealership and that it would be covered. This includes the complimentary maintenance, including free oil changes and tire rotations, for the first 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. So when i get to my local dealership in Bowie, they tell me that the maintenance is only good at the place i purchased it from. Koons Woodbridge Hyundai lied to me and my wife about the service. Stay away from the salesman LLOYD JOHNSON and the SALES MANAGER KEITH FRALIN. They will play word games and word salad and xxxxxxxx you. STAY AWAY.

Did that. We talked about a month ago, and you said you would call me back, which you never did. That conduct seems to fit the theme. Y’all come on these review sites being all nice with your words, but when it comes down to it, you don’t value your customers. My experience there sucked. I’ll never purchase from Koons or recommend you dealership to anyone I know. I’ve been spreading the word about my negative experience at your dealership.

Wonderful buying experience with Fredo Romero. I drove from Fredericksburg VA just to work with him. He's a problem solver with great customer service skills! He was quick AND efficient, seeing as how I didn't walk into the dealership on a "FRIDAY" night until 745pm and they closed at 900pm. He was patient, listened to what I wanted and absolutely delivered. Going above and beyond is what great salesmanship is all about. Great job Fredo and keep it up!

These xxxxxxxx suck. If i could give them '0' stars i would. They're untrustworthy and literally lie to their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The salesman LLOYD JOHNSON lied to me and his word twisting sales manager backed him up. When i purchased a used 2023 Santa Fe, the salesman LLOYD JOHNSON, told me that the oil changes would be transferable to any dealership for 3/36000 miles. He specifically told me that the oil changes would be taken care of at any dealership. So finally when i'm at my local Hyundai Dealership in Bowie, MD, they tell me that the oil change service is not covered. So i call LLOYD JOHNSON, and he agreed to send me a money order to cover the oil change. Well now, i need my second oil change done and LLOYD JOHNSON won't even return my text or phone call.
