The last two times I had my truck in to be serviced I had
The last two times I had my truck in to be serviced I had to clean oil spots off of my driveway and clean the oil on underside of the frame

I had the under carriage cover replaced and on the next
I had the under carriage cover replaced and on the next road trip it fell off and started dragging I was able to get it off before it broke. When I took it back to get fixed they were going to charge me to put it back on. After I blew up at them they put it back on but if you do a job you should do it right. Safe to say my car well be going to the tri city's dealership and won't even consider you for a new vehicle later

Dealership and staff itself, great.
Dealership and staff itself, great. Nissan financing itself despicable. Was told the following day after completing all paperwork, deposits etc that Nissan never accepted the paperwork. (More like someone chose not to do their job on a holiday) Told that my labor day deals were no longer applicable and that I would had no choice but switch to an entirely new lender of course with a much higher rate. Misty the finance manager at the dealership was just as embarrassed as I was equally upset. She tells me this is a common occurrence with Nissan financing. Feels like I got bait and switched and if my family didn't love the car I would've just returned it and got my down payment refunded. Misty did everything within her power to Make it Right. If I were Walla Walla Nissan/Chevy I would drop the Nissan and just be a Chevy dealership. I've never encountered dealer financing reneging a day after the deal is supposed to be complete.
