PLEASE READ. SCAM ARTIST AND CONVICTED FELON. *DO NOT RECOMMEND* Scam artist. Told me to send my deposit to his wife named Hanna when he is in fact the one named Hanna. Convict with all kinds of history of fraud. Ad for the truck stated there was no rust. when I showed up the underbody of the truck had been painted over to hide the rust, 2 front tires were completely bald and one had a nail in it. The truck barely even started. I told him I would not purchase the vehicle and the ad was false. he then told me I had to contact "the owner" to get my deposit back. when I called him by his full name "Hanna Mark John Macool" and told him that he was in fact the owner, he then made an excuse to walk to his truck. he proceeded to get in his truck and leave me and my girlfriend at his storage center "car lot". He literally just drove off. He proceeded to call me a couple days later with a voice changer acting like some lady named "Elizabeth". I called him out on it instantly. he is the worst criminal i have ever encountered. made a report with HSMV and BBB. This guy is a scam. please do your research. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt but he is exactly who is criminal charges say he is.

Extremely dishonest unprofessional crooked dealer
If I could give 0 STARS ⭐️ I would! If you’re looking for a vehicle to buy do yourself a favor and keep looking! Do not shop or even stop at the dealership. They are dishonest sneaky snake in the grass establishment. I went to go look at a Truck they had for sale seem to be a good price pictures decent but when I got there it was not as nice as the pictures but that’s not the worst thing. The Truck was advertised as Bulletproof which means it has had special engine work and key parts replaced with better, more improved parts. That was a lie! The truck was rusty underneath bed and frame area which was painted to look better so it could pass for halfway decent. Test drove ok. I was given an Invoice by the dealer manager/salesman/maybe owner, that was for the bulletproofing parts and labor supposedly done. It looked promising so in good faith I left a deposit which on paper states fully refundable. I signed nothing else. I look to verify the work done by this mechanic who I’m pretty sure is fake and is someone who is acting on behalf of Twin Eagle auto sales to fool people into believing that extra recent work has been done to the vehicle’s there to sell them easier under false pretenses. I asked for a CarFax and the representative of the dealer sent me screenshot of some other Car History site. Once I could not validate the shop or the work, I decided to start looking for a newer truck. I call the guy at the dealer to let him know about my decision to move on not purchase, that I would be on my way to get my $3000. Deposit back and he said that he could only give me a $1000. Back! I was puzzled on who he would say such a thing when on paper it said fully refundable. I told him that was not going to work for me and that I will be going to get my money! He followed with you are not welcome at the dealership that he will have me trespassed. I had to call the Longwood police and get escorted to the dealership to be able to talk. Once there he still refused to issue me a full refund. I am now filling a law suit to get my money back from these dishonest thieves who will try to steal your money without hesitation. Very dishonest crooked operation. Stay away or get take your chances with these dishonest crooked business. Besides taking legal action, I will be contacting the State of Florida business licensing to file a formal complaint as keeping may deposit violates Florida law. Will also be contacting the City of Longwood so they know the type of dishonest business they have operating in their City, then will contact the BBB, Yelp, KBB and anyone else they advertise through. So that no other person can get scammed and cheated out of their hard earned money. Beware of Twin Eagle auto sale.

Buyer BEWARE
This place advertises that they are the home of reliable vehicles. That is that not true. I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. My husband called about it and talked John Macool-their salesman. My husband had a fairly long conversation with him about the condition of the truck. He knows alot about cars so he knew the right questions to ask. The first question that he asked about was rust. He was told that not only was the truck in great condition inside and out- that there was no rust. This was one of our main concerns. After that conversation and viewing the Carfax report, we decided we were interested. The dealership is 2 1/2 hrs away and we would not be able to get there for a few days, so John said that was fine and to send him a deposit of $500 to hold it till we could come check it out and buy it if all checked out. He reassured him that it was in great shape. As soon as we arrive at the dealership to look at the truck-they have to get jumper cables because the truck won't start. My husband immediately got under the truck to inspect for rust. It was rusted very badly underneath. So bad that they tried to cover it up by putting spray foam and body filled over it and spraying it with black spray paint-because the truck was black. My husband was actually pulling off the hardened spray foam and showing them and they didn't act like they did anything wrong. Well they wasted our time for one as the drive was five hours total to see a truck that we had been lied to about the condition. It looked like they used that same black spray paint and tried to cover up flaws on the bed of the truck also. It was bad. We never even bothered starting the truck. We didn't receive any explanations or apology. I asked for my money back multiple times and they are refusing to give it back. They wasted my time and my husbands time, lied to us about the truck condition and then stole my money. I'm sure there are many people that do not know what kinds of things to look for as far as underneath the vehicle like we did and I'm sure those are the kind of people that they are hoping to bring there, so they can scam them too.

He's gonna scam you
He'll make sure the car runs long enough to drive it around a bit until it needs major repairs. I got a Honda pilot for 6 grand a week and half later had to do 4gs worth of repairs to transmission... guy had strict policy and is a scam artist do not go here
