The service was good the wait time was good. Then only thing is when pull the service dock there is no one there to direct you sit there not knowing if you are the right place and it would be nice if there could be a coupon to use to help to some who is on budget.

Gray-Daniels Toyota in Brandon MS is the most
Gray-Daniels Toyota in Brandon MS is the most unprofessional, unorganized, terrible excuse for a car dealership that I have ever dealt with. I was interested in a vehicle on their lot, spent an entire week communicating with several salespeople, decided I wanted it, even offered to put down a deposit to ensure there would be no issues. I was told no, that everything had to be done in person. After I was notified that all plans are in motion, I drove 2 hours to their dealership for Chloe (salesperson) to say “Oops, it’s been sold”. This was after ensuring me by text 12 hours prior that she was filling it up with gas and having it detailed for me. She was my primary salesperson and she 100% dropped the ball. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did everything right and had made the decision to buy this vehicle, only to be completely let down after driving 2 hours make the transaction. Not only has this been a huge inconvenience and let down for me, I have no trust in car dealerships now as a result of this. The salesperson, Chloe, should be held responsible for this situation. She had one job to do, did it with dishonesty and carelessness and caused what should have been a great situation become a terrible experience.

KD and Chloe made the process of trade in and then
KD and Chloe made the process of trade in and then purchase of a Jeep for our son the most seamless process from beginning to end. The entire process took about an hour. Justin in finance also helped us tremendously on getting our payments exactly in our budget. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. We have been doing business with Gray Daniel’s since 2008 and this experience exceeded already high expectations. 🤗

KD went above and beyond to give customer satisfaction. From start to finish KD searched, found, and delivered the car that was wanted (the vehicle was in another state). He even threw in a few goodies too! Top notch guy, top notch service, we drove away completely satisfied.
