Very very good , I came in with a strict budget since I

Very very good , I came in with a strict budget since I was retired on a fixed income, CJ worked within my budget,. CJ showed me several options , no hard sell found just What I needed, signed a few papers and drove off the next day, everyone I made contact with was very helpful and polite! Overall A+!! I’ll be back!!

Stay away!

Stay away! If you’re from out of state, you will never get your required paperwork to get your tag. I was told it would be 10-14 days. It’s over 30 days now and I’m accruing penalties. The dealership will not return calls or emails. Beware! Go somewhere else.

I came in for an oil change, I was told 7am was my

I came in for an oil change, I was told 7am was my appointment time, I was seen at 7. I was seen by Ms Milissa Gilbert, she noticed there was a recall for my RAV4, she asked if I wanted it taken care of, I gave approval. I was told it wouldn’t take long and it didn’t. I was in and out in good time. She was very professional!
