Honda Maintenance Work

I have been a customer at Brown Honda for over 15 years. Their service department is excellent! They do great work and have never disappointed me. Today I was able to use their senior discount program which saved me some money! Tristan was able to explain work that needed to be done at this time.

Excellent Service (as usual) at the Express Care.

Came to Express Care for oil change and tire rotation. My instrument panel showed low tire pressure for the last month. I didn’t know how to recalibrate the problem. Tristan showed me how to reset it. Thank you Tristan.

Never bring your car here if you value your money

I got into an accident. I brought my car in and was told by Sylvain that everything was fine and I could take it home. However, I felt uncomfortable and asked them to do a full workup. Throughout the day they kept calling me and adding on repairs for more money. Finally, I got a call the next day that my car would need a new part that would cost over 2800$. At this point, I decided to call my insurance as my deductible was only $1000. My insurance company told me that they never work with Brown Honda (I wonder why;). And that I would need to bring it to another shop. And they would not reimburse me for the money I spent there as it was not an approved dealer for State Farm insurance. And I would have to spend $1000 at the new place before they would step in. So basically, I will end up paying $675 for a still broken car and need to have it repaired elsewhere. (I have since looked at the reviews for this place and realized that I should never have brought my car here. If one wants to shop at a Honda dealership try the one in Maumee which has much better reviews.) Unfortunately, I have learned my lesson too late. But for anyone else out there save yourself money and do not bring your car here.

Our past experience with the Staff and my agent Wendy

Our past experience with the Staff and my agent Wendy Cooper was very friendly and handled very professional between talking face to face, email and by phone. Since this is our 8th Honda from Brown Honda, there was a relationship existing between Wendy Cooper and Nancy and I. Wendy worked with me deciding what features would be needed to make it comfortable for Nancy and I. This was a new 2023 Honda CRV EXL AWD and yes I waited, but the experience with the new car, so far has been rewarding. Wendy went over the controls and internal/external car features, so we knew what to do from day 1. We appreciated all what Brown Honda has done for us and I will contact Wendy in the future. Thank you Wendy and the rest of the Staff at Brown Honda.
