Love my new rogue, it drives well, it’s beautiful, great for my little family, easy process, didn’t mess up my credit with 1,000 inquiries, $0 down, great customer service from the people answering to the phone to the guy that delivered the car and got it for a great deal as well, had a full tank of gas, very happy! Will consider another vehicle in the future.

even though the deal was relatively smooth and the truck met my expectations I was disappointed when I discovered that the vehicle did not come with automatic door locks as specified. When I did the live chat with them (two hours) they offered me a$100 discount or I could send the car back. They were firm in not allowing a little more credit which would made me a more satisfied customer. Not sure I would use them again.

Select a vehicle from the comfort of your home, delivery to the front door, excellent customer service, and even rapid resolution of damage that occurred during transit with zero cost to me. I highly recommend Carvana.

My car delivery was delayed twice. To the point where I had to pay a 100 dollar Uber to get to work because they didn’t have my car the TWO times they promised to deliver it. On top of that being the case after the car got there if I did not want it delayed again I had to go pick it up. Make me late for work that day as well. The headache was unimaginable and my friends were able to witness it first hand. First Carvana experience is the last experience

I was going to leave it at that. But it actually ended up costing me more not having the car when scheduled then to have not bought the car at all. At least then I could have gotten the car from somewhere that could have gotten it there on the TWO times that I had to reschedule

I ordered a vehicle from Carvana. We had a 7 day test drive and notice a few things that needed to be fixed. Per Carvana these things should have been taken care of before the car was listed for sale. They were not... It took over 7 days to get the car in to the shop to be fixed, even with the warranty I still had to pay out of pocket for issues that Carvana said were taken care of... 80% of the time since I bought the car it has been in the shop to fixed the electrical issues. Then I received an email and text stating that my title and registration were in the mail. 2 weeks before my temp tags expire I find out from the DMV in Jeff City that Carvana did not file paperwork or pay for my registration that was rolled into my loan and now Carvana is saying that it is my responsibility not theirs. They are sorry for multiple times that they have given me misinformation... DO NOT BUY!! More problems than ever. Costs way more money than it should have as well.

My legal name is on this post... My name is also pretty rare, it shouldn't be hard to find at all. I have called and chatted with many of your advocates, many different times, few were great and appeared helpful but the rest all told me the opposite information of what the previous person told me and then told me there was nothing they could do... I am not wasting anymore time by calling again.

The purchase process was OK, but they gave me expectations as far as the test drive and the registration/plates that didn't turn out to be true. They need to customize the process and expectations based on the state you're living in. I was expecting a 15-minute test drive but was told I can't do that in Massachusetts because they can't use temporary plates (which I disagree with as I've had many test drives at dealerships that used a temporary plate. The good thing was that even though I mistakenly cancelled my old plates (thinking I needed to do that), the delivery driver had fresh plates available for me, and I didn't need to pay extra for them or wait on line at the registry! Also, I specified my savings account to pull the money from, but they pulled it from my checking account, which caused an overdraft to my savings account. Luckily my bank did not charge a fee for this. There's an issue with a part under the hood being missing (it must've been the 151st point in their 150-point inspection), but hopefully SilverRock will resolve the issue.
AMAZING!! Sophie who delivered my car was communicative, professional, punctual, friendly, and informative! We love her! :-) The car was in beautiful clean condition and the extra touches were SO thoughtful! The approval and underwriting process was super easy. James & Brandy (who both called me about my drivers license) were super helpful and communicative and made it easy for me to understand what I needed to do. The car was on time, as-advertised, and in great condition- we love it!!!

The purchase and delivery were amazing, quick, easy and hassle free. The young man who delivered the care was very friendly , knowledgeable and on time. The only negative is that the was a small tear in the headliner that was not noted on the hot spots. No a big enough issue for us to look for another car. Overall, a great experience.
