Zero xxxxxxxx company <3. The price shown on a web page is what u pay (+taxes). They will do all the registrations for us (no need for us to go to DMV).... Both my local mechanic and ford dealer check the car and said it's a really good deal. Been using the car for 3mohs now. Everything is really good. There was no license plate bracket on the front of the car when I bought it. So I had to get it installed at the dealership. And Carvana paid me back that cost. Carvana is a breath of fresh air among the dealerships full of total BS. There is a small icon in Carvana car search to add a filter to buy a car on "keep moving prices". The price is ~1500 lower than KBB. Use that option for good deals
Amazing experience buying my first car. Everything was xxxx near seamless and easy going. My car is in pristine condition and I am overly satisfied.
Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. However, my car was delayed several times and I had to sign my contracts at least 50 different times.... The last time I signed the contract, I didn't realize that the finances had been reset to the default so I was unable to finance the car the way I had intended. The 'take it or leave it' attitude was very frustrating as well since no one at any point could give me more than an apology. Working with Carvana was everything I had hoped it would be, but also everything everyone warned me it would be and I can't recommend working with them since it took me almost two months to get my car that was advertised as 'being delivered the next day.'

The experience was far from easy and was not free of hassles! 24 phone calls, 16 texts, 9 emails!!! CARVANA changed my delivery date twice without consulting... me. The one good experience that I need to mention was the young man that delivered the vehicle! Corey, was professional, knowledgeable, polite.

Process was easy. Communication from them personally was non existent until the day of delivery. They say they will reach out to you, but all I got was... email confirmation. I had to call them to get questions answered. I had a dent in the front quarter panel that looked like it came from a strap. Now I have to be without my new car while it is being repaired (maybe I haven't had a chance yet to get it to a repair shop so I am unsure if they will fix) my rating may yet change. I liked the process but the results I am not very fond of so far.

What can I say! From finish to start, purchasing my Honda Fit 2019 EX was an absolute pleasure! The pre qualification was fast and the car is spot on beautiful!... Great price on a nearly brand new car! Literally only 3300 miles on a 2019? The delivery driver....Big shoutout to Larry! I live in Va. and Larry is the man! He answered all my questions thoroughly and went over all the paperwork with me. Carvana is upfront about any imperfections on the vehicle and mine had 3 tiny imperfections that are outright unnoticeable.
