If you want your vehicle repaired go elsewhere. Ken Taylor is absolutely the worst service mgr I've ever dealt with. Did not and could not fix my car 2012 SRX. I think it should be called Jerry's 30 min oil change . Because that's the level that this service dept is up to .

Waste of time ...
Saw online that they have lots of loaner trucks that are retired and for sale, called dealership night before to confirm since i live 80 miles away and was told “ yeah we have over 15 retired loaners for sale...” Arrived at dealership next morning and all they have is 1 retired loaner and of course price is higher then advertised. “ We will make it work, we will do what we need to do to get to that price ... “ 2 hours later sales guy comes out and says the best that they can do will be 2k over the price that was advertised online , dealer add ons tinted windows, nitrogen and wheel locks . Tells me that all they can do on my trade is 5k less then what other dealerships have quoted (after showing appraisals from other dealerships ). Said no thank you and left , half way home sales manager calls and leaves a voicemail “ We have one more retired loaner that just come in we might be able to do good deal on this one ... “ Waste of time and gas ...

Great car buying experience !!!
Bought a used car through Cars.com. The entire experience was superlative. Steve was very helpful confirming details about the car before a long drive to the dealership. Perry did an excellent job taking care of us when we arrived at the dealership, and was very understanding when we took a prolonged test drive. The finance department had all of the documentation prepared and ready for us to sign, so the buying process was beyond efficient. I can’t imagine things going more smoothly. If only all car buying experiences were this easy!

Personable Service
Michelle Blankenship was super attentive, and very helpful without being overbearing. Although they didn't have a car that fit my needs, I would have bought from her if they had. Ask for her. She was great!

Excellent experience
This was my second vehicle to purchase from Jerry's. The car was as expected, and ready when I arrived. I did a walk around, drove the vehicle, signed papers and was out the door in about an hour.

Service Department?
I suspect I have a PCM problem. Wanted a CAN-OBD diagnostic test. I guess they used a code reader and found a pending p0300. Said the Bosch plugs were bad, wanted to put in acdelo for 350.00! I refused and asked for test I requested. Was told it was done. Not given a diagnostic report. Charged 125.00. Receipt said I refused repairs I didn't ask for. Should stick to wash and shine.
