Excellent team!

Katia sold us a 2015 GMC SIERRA SLT 4X4 ,A beautiful truck , she was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I went to Autopedia Inc at the beginning was a little concern because i had a bad experience with other dealerships but once I realized how accurate the information provided by Autopedia Staff was ,I noticed , this is a company I can trust, today ,I am so happy that I bought my truck from Autopedia and I will highly recommend them if you looking for a truck or SUV.

2016 Honda Odyssey

On November 12, 2021 we purchased a 2016 Honda Odyssey from Autopedia Inc , that had 164,948k miles on it. As any potential buyers, we asked all the normal questions regarding maintenance on the vehicle taking into consideration that it was 2016 vehicle. We were reassured that the timing belt package which included a full replacement of the water pump, the timing belt, the seals, and the tensioner was done on the van. This overall was our main deciding factor on purchasing the van. On March 3, 2022 the engine automatically stopped working and would not turn over . We had to have the van towed to Freedman Honda and was informed that the timing belt had broke and had damaged the valves by bending them. Unfortunately, this meant that the entire engine was going to need to be replaced. At this point in time, the mileage on the van was now 166,421k meaning that we had only driven the car 1,479k miles in a span of four months. To add to the situation, the Honda representative at Freedman Honda approached us with the belt in hand and informed us that the belt that was on the van indeed was the original factory belt and had never been replaced. After all of this headache, we approached Autopedia once again to discuss our situation. We requested to talk to Shawn – the owner. However, he never came out of his office. Instead, he sent a representative to address us and repeated once again that the timing belt package had been done on the van and insisted that he had paperwork to prove that had been done. I still have yet to be presented with that paperwork . Since this, we have constantly tried to get in contact with Shawn by leaving messages but have yet to get a call back. If anyone is a potential buyer, our recommendations are to get proof and accurate paperwork as you’re going through the car buying experience with Autopedia. If we would have just been told the truth from the beginning, we would have saved ourselves so much headache and money.

Beware of the fees they will add to the price!!!

I seen they had a few cars I was interested in online. Drove out to see them. The girls in the office were nice. However, they refused to let us test drive the vehicle until they ran my husband's credit and discussed loan terms & payments. WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN...Who buys a vehicle they can not test drive... Then they took us to another office to speak with Elizabeth. She left and came back with their terms. We had told her upfront we could go to our own credit union and get 4.99% @ 36mths... we are already pre approved with our credit union for up to a $30,000 loan... after her coming back with 2 offers that were not acceptable to us she finally gave me a total to take to my credit union but the Price was heavily loaded with alot of additional fees. I asked to see what all the fees were for. She told me repeatedly they were only TT&L... I told her I wanted to see the itemized list of the fees. She left went in another office for a long time. We were tired of waiting so we got up to leave. I stopped by the other office to tell her we were leaving and she handed me a paper with the total printed out on it and a list of handwritten fees... $199 document fee $52 title fee $97 license fee $75 reg fee $26.32 deputy fee $35 etag $35 temp tag $299 administration fee $668.75 Sales tax $26.75 Inventory tax So be prepared to pay alot of extra $$ over the price advertised price...

LOW adevertised price then GOUGES on paperwork...

Advertised price here 15700, I am paying cash - Texas tax is 6.5% plates/tags another 55...Dealer added 2K for TAX title and license should have been less than 1100. I questioned it and was told that the vehicle was priced below book...Sooo they want to gouge me on paperwork??? AND I WAS A CASH CUSTOMER...Found a dealer same vehicle and mileage for 16500 out the door...

Absolutely shady

Vehicle description does not include pertinent details. Like, hail damage or flood vehicle. So the CarFax is not accurate. Test drove with my daughter and we both got mold on out shirts from the seat belts. Horrible business ethics. But good lessons for daughter.
