I would not recommend this place again. My car was in the shop twice not even a month with the car after being promised a reliable car for already such a high price unreasonable price. Wish I could have some of my money back.

I bought a car from these guys, and I have been in regret of my choice for months. First 5 days after I got the car they called me to let me know I cant drive the car b'se it needs to pass the SMOG test, I have to find a time and return it to the dealership, I was able to do that in May. I was told everything should be good. In June I received my plates from DMV with a DMV bill of $424, I was charged $485 by the dealership to take care of DMV registration on my behalf. I did mention to the sales man that 485 seems too much for registration and he assured me that if the fees turn out to be more DMV will refund the balance or push the fees to 2022, so was very surprised that I received a bill of $424, including penalties for late payment of $127. I have tried to reach out to them but havent gotten any help in regards to what happened to the $485 that i gave them. Hope this review helps someone who needs to make a decision

Ahn was very helpful and referred me to Samson. He made financing my car very easy was in and out of dealership! Would definitely be returning and referring people! I don't know what the bad reviews were about I was in and out with a new car in less than 2 hours. Thanks again guys!

Wow by far one of the worst car buying experiences ever, in fact maybe one of my worst buying experiences. This place has nothing but accident cars that they try to sell you as clean

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. They are the perfect example of bait and switch. They don't have the car they advertise on web sites but they will confirm it over the phone that the car is available. We ended buying older model Audi A7 (2016) from them then the one advertised and I been really regretting that decision. The car was delivered dirty to us, the reason they gave was because the city does not allow water cleaning. The sales man Samson showed us 2 sets of keys at the time of sale but only delivered one set, stating the battery was low on the other set he will replace and mail it to us. It's been months now, no key were delivered and the Samson (sales person) won't even take my call. The car has other maintenance issues besides passenger side window not closing. I was warned by my friend about this dealership but I was so fixated on the car that I ignored his warnings about the dealership.

We went to United Imports to look at a BMW X5. The dealership is chaotic, no parking... and worst was that the sales person essentially ignored us despite an appointment. He opened up two cars for us to look at and went away to work with another customer. Despite our efforts to get his attention, he ignored us and we had to walk away without ever getting a chance to look at the cars or have any discussion.

I want to thank Sandra. She was very honest, and hard working to help me get the vehicle that 'I' wanted. She made it happen. Thank you once again Sandra and thank u United imports.

I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away ��. You will want to buy something.

Search in internet and purchase more convenience at dealership. Seems like there was an honest sale on a used car with reasonable price.
