Truly superior sales and service. From the time of my arrival to the drive away with my new car I felt welcomed, comfortable and never pressured. You can tell the entire staff hold respect for you and each other. Luke Gregory is an amazing sales associate and I left feeling like I just left best friends.

Carter Subaru in Shoreline was fantastic, but when they
Carter Subaru in Shoreline was fantastic, but when they sent me to their Carter Acura for installation of the parts, Iit was horrible. I was promised a loaner vehicle, but while making the appointment, they told me it would only be 1.5 hours so they will not give me a loaner. Arrive for my appt, waited 3 hours before they were finished. Go to inspect and there was a ding they made on the rear corner panel and some paint scratches. They told me this is not how they do business and would take care of this for me. Another 45 minutes and they fixed the ding as best as they could and provided me with some touch up paint. They even said in good faith that they would fix another dent I had (which you can still see 1/4 of it) Unfortunately, there is still a trace of the ding they created. So, this pretty much wasted 1/2 of my day sitting there at the dealership. Something that should have taken 1.5 hours took 1/2 the day. They should have honored the loaner car agreement request made my Carter Shoreline so I could have gone to work instead of sitting there waiting and trying to do work from my phone. Very disappointing service, no matter how nice they talked to me.

As a used vehicle, It would have been nice to have a
As a used vehicle, It would have been nice to have a little more time than on the spot at signing to consider a extended warranty. Also a shorter period than 6 years, such as 3 years for a used vehicle would be nice and more attractive from a price point. As the vehicle I purchased was not an Acura product. A little more time to understand how the warranty process could work would be nice. As the work would likely not be done at the Carter dealership. It would be nice to understand how this works. I have purchased extended warranties in the past and was not able to use them without weeks of follow up and ridiculous levels of details to justify the payment for service. In this past example, I found the extended warranty to be of little value. It would have been nice to have a little time to explore the warranty offered beyond a on the spot "sign or its gone". I would still consider a 3 year type agreement if its available. If, I could spend perhaps a day or two to see how the Toyota in this case dealers respond to accepting the offered coverage. For example, do they welcome the coverage and have a history dealing with it. Just my suggestion on a possible improvement and potential sales in the future for the extended warranty package. I would have liked to have it. But, was cautious about dropping over $3k on something I could not confirm was going to be useful when needed. An overall good experience. As I paid cash, I cannot speak to the financing other than a brief conversation which was pleasant and professional. The facility is very nice and easily accessible. To date, the post sale follow up has been good. I would recommend Lin Loya and Carter Acura to others seeking a vehicle. Lin was very helpful and accessible to answer questions and available to show the car I wanted on my schedule.

While waiting for an oil change we were attracted to a red RDX on the showroom floor. Sales representative Holly had a similar car with options we wanted made available for our inspection and test drive. Th purchase went smoothly with attractive finance option available. Subsequent return to have a trailer hitch and roof rack went very smoothly with Khadeejah Musa, our service representative guiding the transaction. We love the car and continue to be impressed with its quietness and many user friendly options. We drive two hours from Oak Harbor to take advantage of the Acura agency for quality work in maintaining our car.
