Stopped in 10/25/25. Immediately seen a sales manager told my story I walked on a deal elsewhere would they like beat it earn my business . Made clear matching don’t waste their time . They both said yea we beat their price no problem . Showed them the deal from where treated badly . Since moment I left texted me every minute blowing up my cell for 4 hours . Then at 7:45 pm last night send me $150 less . Wow! 😳 Really ! So glad internet and Amazon eliminating dealerships.

I took my truck in for service today. My service advisor was Michael MIGLIORE my experience was great not only met but exceeded my expectations. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle super friendly staff highly recommend.

First complaint is the hard selling auto glass contractor
First complaint is the hard selling auto glass contractor who is your first contact. They walk the vehicle telling you about how bad your windshield is and how they can change it free of charge. Insurance will pay, yada, yada, yada…..no thanks. my “chips” were actually tree sap that came off with a good scrub. The poor older woman they managed to pressure sat in an open area giving personal info over the phone to her insurance as their salesman sat by . At the very least do it on a private area!! Second, my service rep NEVER even introduced himself to me or sign me in. my truck was taken away, A coworker took my coupon for service and that was it! I never signed for any work, was never spoken to at all. Next warning sign. The usually packed service waiting area has 5 people, including me, waiting for service. At 7:30 am this was unheard of when the previous owner had this dealership. Something is off here and I should have asked for the truck back and left. Another warning should have been the constant “ please confirm your appointment “ emails and texts when I never set one up! I have had to tell them no less than three times I didn’t make an appointment. I am here now only because of a routine scheduled maintenance light. And of course they find multiple issues on 2 year old car…time to move to another mechanic. And most frustrating is watching this windshield scam over and over again.

We bought our Tacoma from this dealership.
We bought our Tacoma from this dealership. The salesman we worked with was trying to sell us a completely different truck that was in much worse shape than the 2018 Tacoma we thought we were buying. Only to find out he had written up the entire contract with this crappier truck. Thankfully we read the contract stuff before signing and saw the “error”. The service department lies all the time when we go to take our truck in for service. The pricing they put is completely disgraceful and predatory. This is what our last write up said “ Guest advised front end suspension needs immediate attention $2846.00, serpentine drive belt $269.00, air filter $49.99, AC Cabin air filter with EVAP service $199.95, coolant flush $249.99, Brake Flush $234.00, Rear break shoes clean and adjust $89.95, and CV Axles replacement $634.50 per side PL taxes declines.” Both filters were replaced by me 3 weeks prior to us bringing the truck in. So they clearly lied about that. The serpentine belt is in perfect condition. No squeaks, cracks, slipping at all. The front end suspension is completely quiet. The truck drives like butter. The only problem we have is the wheels are not aligned, another service Toyota offered but after we left the dealership, we realized it wasn’t even done because our truck pulled to the right same as before. Feel free to look up the pricing of the stuff on the write up. See how most of it is asinine and most shops wouldn’t ever charge that much. The representative Carlos we spoke to had the audacity to say “If you plan on keeping this truck you need to take care of this, and if you come in and ask for me I will give you a good deal.” Just makes me sick. As if it isn’t hard enough out here already, we are getting lied to so Toyota can take our used truck and try and get us paying $760 a month for some 2024 xxx.

Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Went to their parts dept and bought wiper blades for my 2018 Prius. Clerk behind counter refused to help put them on the car. Wouldn't even tell me how to lift the rear wiper arm so I could do it myself. I can go to any auto parts store in town and they come out to the car and install them. Unbelievable that they don't train their parts employees on how to install wiper blades. I've spent thousands of dollars over the years getting service on my cars. I'll be going someplace else now. Great way to keep customers!!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. My wife found the perfect used vehicle online and called to check availability, pricing and trade values. Worked with Colin, the General Manager, and he put together an amazing deal and had everything ready for me when I arrived. No surprise fees and the car was in excellent shape, beautifully detailed and filled with gas. Both the salesperson and the finance manager made it a super easy and pleasant experience. Super easy and straightforward from start to finish. Drove almost 2 hours each way for this vehicle and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend these guys at Sarasota Toyota!!!

Great place to purchase your next vehicle! SUVs the very first email exchange, Daniel was very professional. Submitted my application and when I got to the dealership, there was little waiting time. Everything had been prepared and the whole process was very smooth! I went there in spite of so many negative reviews, but the reality is far from those reviews. Just because one thing down go as planned, you don’t need to give a negative review!

I visited 2 dealerships. This one was honest, upfront, the sticker price wasn't jacked up like at the other one. My salesman was Jonny. I talked with him when I stopped in to see what they had. That night I put an inquiry in online with Jonny's name in the notes stating that I had talked with him. The next day Marc called me and said he was taking over the transaction. I said I was working with Jonny. He tried his best to swipe the deal out from under Jonny but the good won out. Marc was taken off the sale. Jonny was 100% accommodating, it took a while to secure a Sienna because there are so few on the ground and they sell so fast but the next day we signed then on day 3 Jonny delivered it to my door. What a great salesman to work with!
