I had received quotes on various cars when looking for a
I had received quotes on various cars when looking for a car. Collin was very respectful & friendly the first time I was looking at purchasing a vehicle. I had contacted him recently after returning another brand vehicle due to misrepresentation by another dealer. Collin followed up with me about what I was looking for in another vehicle. I was able to get a fair & equitable deal. He even brought the desired vehicle to make sure it would fit into the garage with my other vehicle. I was very satisfied with the overall purchase. It was Collin's honest treatment in making the purchase. He even helped with installing personal settings on the vehicle, even after the purchase. I am enjoying the new purchase, too!

I drive 60 miles to get there and they demanded 1200.
I drive 60 miles to get there and they demanded 1200.00 more for scratch marks on the hood of my trade that "may not come out with rubbing." Their 172pt check list, signed by 3 people, said there was jack/ wheel lock in trunk. Not there when i got home, but 8 moldy grapes were. Now they won't replace it. They stated new oil change, car says it's at 70%. Shady dealership!! Stay away!!!

Absolute disaster of a car deal.
Absolute disaster of a car deal. I was searching for a very nice used late model Cadillac, and found one that was the color I wanted and with all the features I wanted at Cappellino Cadillac in Williamsville. The salesman (Collin) was fantastic! Very honest, very well mannered, and very respectful to both my wife and I. I cannot say enough good things about the demeanor and character of this young man. He was knowledgable about the car as well, great all the way around. Anyway, the car is 7 years old and needs a lot of maintenance work performed. However, in order to fit into my budget, I was specifically looking for a car that might need some work - and so we agreed upon a very fair price that got me into a very nice car very affordably. I am an Engineer - I work for the manufacturer that made the car. And I am from a long family of Auto Mechanics. That said, I knew what I was buying and the work that I needed to do to it - and it was a win-win situation. I got a great car affordably, and they got an easy sale. However, at the last minute, after I already sold my previous vehicle, had paid the downpayment, finalized a small loan for the remainder, put insurance on the car, and had license plates in hand - I go to pick the car up - and the General Manager Mark Taggart said that the owner ( Steve Cappellino ) did not want to sell the car because it "needed work" - and that they would like to work out a new deal for a "fair price" where they did the work to the car and I paid them for it. Bait and switch. Absolute disaster. Now I have to find a car quickly, and probably not the car that I want. Don't do business with any Cappellino dealership - absolute xxxx of the earth.

Very Grimy dealership, called last night about a car for
Very Grimy dealership, called last night about a car for sale and talked to Dan the salesman. He showed me the car and asked if I would like to take it for a test drive and took my license to check it and came back and said my license was clear to test drive but he could not let me because they were not sure if they were going to sell the car or wholesale it. I asked him why it was listed on line for sale and he said "Yea I don't understand it either they detailed it and listed it but I couldn't take it out for a test drive because they haven't taken it through the shop yet" I asked why that was and he said "they always do that to get them out on the front line fast". He assured me that he would call me first thing in the morning and never did. I called Dan back this morning to see what was going on and he said that he didn't know what was going on and that I would have to talk to Rob The sales manager and it was out of his hands. I was told that I would get a call from him and called there and he wouldn't take my call. Very unprofessional!! I would not recommend using this company and please reference their other negative reviews of horrible customer service before considering dealing with them.
