I initially took my car in on 21 Aug for minor service....
I initially took my car in on 21 Aug for minor service. The inspection on my vehicle was unremarkable. One to two weeks later my vehicle started to make noise. I called the service Dept immediately and told them I would be bringing it back in to be assessed. They documented my call. I took my vehicle back to the mechanic a few weeks later to assess the noise. I was unable to return earlier due to work. Now I have issues with PCV valve and struts that was not identified earlier costing an estimate of $3200.
