I was extremely disappointed with EchoPark. I was in contact with a gentleman who helped me on a truck search for about 3 weeks. We found one on a Monday evening and with it being EOD we said we will secure the truck Tuesday morning. As soon as business hours opened I was on top of it. I sent over my deposit to my representative and signed all the needed documents. Truck is mine. 8 hours later I received a call telling me the truck has been sold to another customer. Unbelievable. How can you do that to a customer who has already made a deposit and the deposit was accepted?! The manager told me he would find a solution yet never did. He was urgent the first 24 hours and then I was no longer a priority. I gave them benefit of the doubt for 2-3 weeks and nothing (not to mention i was in need of a vehicle and giving that much time to make up for the error on their end is more than generous). I ended up going to a dealership. Do not use echopark, they will screw you over.

Our car buying experience with Anna at EchoPark was one of the easiest and smoothest purchases we’ve ever made! All of the paperwork was handled in a timely and professional manner and we were able to take the car home the same afternoon that we stopped in to look at the car. I would highly recommend considering EchoPark as an option for your next car purchase and you can’t go wrong having Anna as your sales rep!

Matt was very helpful when I came in. I tried to call him back to order my car, but unfortunately, I was never connected with him. Darian helped close out the sale and he did a good job too! I’m hoping they can split the credit for the sale. The only negative would be the phones. I tired calling to get Matt 4 times, however, I was never connected to the store. I was placed in VMs at, what I’m assuming was the corporate office, with no return calls. And I sat on the phone for 20 minutes waiting on someone to answer at the corporate office when I thought I was contacting the Greenville store.

Great car buying experience. Best one yet! They even stayed open late to get me in a new truck. All less than an hour and a half and I was done.
