Told me for 2 days they had the car I wanted. Started the paperwork process only to find out it was sold earlier that day. Didn't even get a phone call. Just an email...poor customer service
Deceptive advertising practice at Key Hyundai
Key Hyundai provided me with offers on New 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL’s via True Car. When I went to purchase the following took place. 1. I found out that the vehicles were loaners, not new. Nowhere in the offer did they state that these vehicles were loaners. 2. None of the 4 vehicles that I had received attractive offers on were available. Not because they had been sold, but because they were still in the loaner program and would remain their for 1-2 months longer. Key did not honor the “ exclusive” offers that they made to me. 3. I complained to the General Manager Conrad Lynch and he responded by email, offered no apology, took no responsibility for the false advertising and blamed the issue on a software program that can’t recognize new cars from loaners. I guess the software program must independently set the vehicle prices and make the offers without human involvement! Beware of Key Hyundai offers!
Worst service ever spoiled my vehicle
I dropped in my vehicle for a factory recall and when I dropped in it was totally fine there was nothing wrong with the vehicle but when I came to pick it up they spoiled it I hear wierd noise from engine and they are denieng they did some mistake and forcing me to pay for it if I pay them only they wanna fix it very rude and worst customer service I will not recommend this service center to any one
