I have been doing service business here since 2019 (most recently with Gustavo Del Rio). He has been very helpful, responsive and other positive adjectives. I asked for a sales referral, and Gustavo recommended Sergio Caballero. He helped me with my recent purchase of a new 2025 Lexus. Sergio was perfect as well. I rate them both 10 out of 10.

I want to start this out by saying that yes, I did

I want to start this out by saying that yes, I did accidentally send the wrong mileage to them on Friday, but they also had my VIN and the Carfax, they knew exactly what they were doing. I was told they would give me $12,500 for my vehicle, when I arrived I had to walk around to find someone, no one was even acknowledging me. The receptionist was on her phone and looked up once I was right in front of her. I had to wait almost an hour for my sales rep to arrive ( I showed up earlier than planned). I waited in the lobby and no one checked on me, no one acknowledged me. She finally arrived and I test drive the vehicle that I had already signed for on Friday, today is Monday. I go back and sign a few things, then I wait and wait and wait and wait, she finally comes back and tells me they will only offer me $9k for my vehicle because I put the wrong mileage. I said you had the Carfax and VIN, you could see. She said they have to go by what I said, well I said ok, can I get at least $10k, she said “I’ll try”. I wait and wait and wait, it’s a no. I say whatever, but I’ll never shop here again. I wait and wait and wait, finally sign the paperwork and then I go outside to wait. There was one nice guy that asked me a question, he was the only truly friendly person there. I just now saw that they have my old Highlander listed for $14,900, so I’m glad a Lexus dealership is full of crap and can take advantage of people and make almost $6k on the vehicle. You people could’ve stuck to the $12,500 you originally told me and still made a big profit. I will never ever ever shop here again and I will tell everyone I know to not shop there or any Park Place dealerships.
