I had my car in Park Place Bodywerks for repair work and

I had my car in Park Place Bodywerks for repair work and the car was returned to me with the SOS button flashing and the Google map not moving when the car moved. So I took it on top Park Place service for the warranty repair. I was told it was the control module and it was replaced and my car was ready for pickup. I picked up my car and the issue was not fixed, so I took my car back. A few days later, I was told it was fixed and my car was ready for pickup. When I returned home, the entire headliner, which is cream colored had dirty finger prints everywhere!!! I have many pictures. On a positive note, I was provided a loaner car and this was all warranty covered work.
