    Very good service. Efficient and courteous. The shop is clean and comfortable. staff friendly and kind. Will return without hesitate. I had an early appointment... and was greeted right away. Staff honest and knowledgeable.

    My interaction with this dealership is pasted below. The feedback they are giving me is "reach out to us when you can so we can address this situation... directly." This is after my review which details leaving messages (no return calls) with both the Manager and Executive. How will this be any different? Eddie or Frank will only now speak with me AFTER I've had to go onto this website to write a review??? Worst Customer Service by TM from NY, NY December 11, 2020 The buying process was fine with this dealership. It's the customer service that is really lacking. I tried to schedule my free first maintenance but things went awfully wrong. From a surly person (Nicole) who makes disparaging remarks about you BEFORE putting you on hold to the manager (Eddie) or executive (Frank) who don't return phone calls, don't expect much in terms of feeling like your are the customer. Go ahead and purchase a vehicle here if you must. Just beware when trying to utilize the (free) perks that come with the ownership. All this dealership cares about is the sale and nothing else.     When I arrived, I was greeted and after explaining what service I was there for, I was told it would take 30 minutes. While waiting, the manager (George)... was extremely cordial. After 20 minutes, the car was ready and I was extremely pleased. Thank you for the quick, expert assistance. I will return when required.

    Horrific experience. It has been close to 3 months since I purchased a vehicle there. There has been poor communication and I have yet to receive the... license plates or registration. Chevy/GM corporate is now involved and I still have yet to receive the paperwork for a vehicle that was paid in full.
