Just A Day In The Life

Scheduled oil change and wiper blade replacement for Saturday service at 9:15am. I pulled into service bay and was not greeted with any salutation, not a 'hello', or 'hey, how ya doing?' Two people see me and act as if I do not exist, no big deal, I guess. I am sure they were busy? Service employee takes keys directs me to lobby. I wait 45 minutes (not bad). When I go to pay, I notice the bill is about $50 less than what it I expected to pay (yippee for me). I speak to service worker and inquire why bill is less than expected. Worker explains of waiting 20 minutes for another employee to do his job 'I have told him numerous times that the job is done and I need him to charge it out.' I have no idea what that means so I inquire. He explains that the other individual did not put the work on the service document, so I received the oil, but did not have to pay. He says 'I did not want you to have to continue to wait so they will have to eat that charge' (okay, good for me). I drive off to pick up my daughter and figure I will use my new windshield wipers. I press the handle to disperse washer fluid as I am driving, it comes out like it should, but the blades I expect to remove the washer fluid are not there. Without the washer fluid being removed I almost rear-end the person in front of me, (close call). I drive back, pull in, worker looks at me with an inquisitive expression and asks what's wrong? I just point to the blades and he's like 'whew.' He hollers at the individual who was supposed to do the work, individual comes puts the blades on and asks for a fist bump. As to say sorry about that pal. For my trouble, the worker gives me a free oil change for my next one (nice I appreciate that). I usually deal with Lance during the business week regarding my Dodge servicing and suspect I will return to that routine. Lance is the man. When he is in, it is run like a well-oiled machine. The weekend staff are an integral part of any organization, but they could learn from the Monday-Friday workers about the importance of customer service regarding greeting customers. Hey, I realize that I am just one man, but service is real important to me. I am a working professional and my customers expect that, as do I. I write all that to say this: although ultimately they make things right, service attention to detail (on this weekend visit) was/is lacking. All my work going forward will be done under the guiding eye of Lance. This service center is usually EXCELLENT, but today, not so much. Thanks.

My experience with Tim was a perfect one. I was able to get the vehicle i wanted at a solid price. I will be visiting Tim the next time I'm in need of another car.

I love coming here!

I had bought our Chevorlet Traverse from a different dealer. I didn't want to go back to the original dealership for anything since it changed hands and less welcoming. I found out I could go to any Chevorlet dealer and get my warranty oil changes and stuff done. So I decided to go to Jeff Wyler because 1) They were closer to us 2) They were highly recommended to us from close friends! So Why not? The first time I went They were so nice! Dale Eggenschwiller did everything in his power to make sure me and my 4 kids were comfortable!! I went back today for the usual oil change. Same service and great people as the last time! I will continue to go back to Jeff Wyler. If I even need another car this is the first place I am going to look!! Thank you Jared Shoemaker for such a friendly service This time around!! I don't know all the people involved with the oil change in my car but I do appreciate their work!

Great experience for a first time buyer

Collin was very helpful when myself, my boyfriend, and my parents showed up at the dealership. It was my first time buying and Collin made it a very smooth experience. I showed up close to closing hours because I live out of town, but everyone involved was very accommodating and patient even though I kept them later than I'm sure they would have liked.

Easy Breasy - Worth the Drive

I recently bought a '15 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Jeff Wyler Springfield. Jordan Holt was attentive, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I wasn't looking to buy the Trailhawk edition but Jordan and Jay Lawrence worked a deal that was too good to pass up. The paper signing was super fast - no pressuring to add packages I already knew I didn't want. Glad I made the 30 minute drive - well worth it.

Best experience buting a new car!

I just bought a brand new Elantra. Tyler Lacey helped me with everything I needed & got me an amazing deal. He is awesome at his job & takes the effort & time for the buyer. I will definitely go see him again when its time to get a new car for my daughter.

A great dealership

I recently purchased an 04 Seville from Jeff Wyler Springfield mall and it was one of the best sales transaction I have had with a car dealership in many years. It went very smooth and Brigette is a great sales consultant which made the sale go that much better. I had made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and when I arrived at the dealership,the car was parked in front and ready to go. This,to me means alot. Make Brigette a sales manager because she does know how to treat a customer!

friendly, prompt service

Dropped my car off late afternoon for a service scheduled for tomorrow. I was called an hour later and the employee stated it was completed, the courtesy van arrived to pick me up and all was well! Service is prompt and they will go out of the way to work a customer in who has a problem. Employees explain in detail what is being done and why. Thank you.
