Tundra Maintenance Work
I brought my 2007 in for a routine oil and filter change, tire rotation and inspection, as we are leaving for a 6000 mile road trip next week and will be towing a 9000 lb travel trailer. Jeff Miller, my service advisor, was very friendly and helpful. All the staff in the service area spoke to me, and were extremely polite. I was advised that the front brakes needed replaced and the transmission needed service. I elected to go ahead and have this work completed, as Jeff said they could do it now, rather than make another appointment and come back. I am very pleased with this great service, and can't say enough about the friendliness and great attitude of the staff, including the mechanic that did the work. Great Job, and keep it up!!

Beyond being friendly I felt that DJ worked hard to ensure my needs were met. He found the perfect truck for me and arranged the best deal on my trade in. I felt as though he was working for me and not necessarily the dealership. He was very personable and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want.

I've had my Tacoma serviced twice at Wyler. Both times it took less than 45 minutes. In and out fast. Could not ask for more

wrong diagnoses on AC drain
Took our car in for scheduled recalls My wife explained the AC wasn't draining. Service adviser said probably plugged drain tube and if it was would be a simple fix. After car was done they said it was not a drainage issue and wanted 100 dollars to diagnose problem. We took it to our local mechanic and it was in fact the drain tube. Literally took him 2 minutes to fix. I contacted the service department to address this issue and was promised I would be contacted. It been a week and I have called every day and nobody will return calls. In my opinion very poor way of doing business.
