Great Service

Worth the Drive

My husband and I had come to dread buying cars. Our last 5 car buying experiences were worse than a root canal, so I was at a loss when I was ready to buy my next Rav 4. Several of my coworkers had purchased cars from the Jeff Wyler group. One of them bought his last 5 vehicles from them! I was referred to the dealership in Springfield, and even though I am from Cincinnati, they were so wonderful on the phone, and answered my many, many, many questions, I knew I had to give them a chance, and make the drive. The first thing that blew us away was the wonderful greeting we received. You would have thought we were royalty. Also, the dealership was beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. They found me the perfect Rav 4, in the color, price range and with all of the features I wanted. Jeff, our sales officer and his entire team, made the process seamless and fun. No more root canals for me! When my husband is ready for his next car, we will make the drive again.

A Pleasant Experience

This is our third automobile from Jeff Wyler in six years. One lease and one purchase and another lease. Kia the first Chevrolet the second and this time a Kia Soul . the people that we've dealt with have shown Professionalism, very knowledgeable and personable. Bobby worked hard to inform us of all the benefits and features of the car we were looking at. Very thorough in going over everything with us. Financing, mileage and benefits of your dealership. I'm sure we will return when it's time for another vehicle.

Enjoyable Experience

Danielle made what is normally not considered good time a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend her as a sales consultant to anyone looking to purchase. We drove over 100 miles and the type of caring treatment we received makes the drive ever so worthwhile. Thank You again, Michael C.

will not negotiate from msrp "sticker price"

Negotiating with other dealers I thought I woyld give toyota springfield a shot.i told the car saleman I had other test drive appointments today and I needed my trade in appraised.he said we don't just give appraisal if your not buying...hahahaha.what a line.i said if the numbers are right I just might buy...talk about lazy salesperson.they came back with your typical smack in the face low ball trade in offer and sticker for the car.i countered with my smack in the face numbers back and instead of coming back with new numbers and meeting in the middle the finance guy/manager laughed me off like some kind of child asking me were I got my numbers.i told them I was starting at invoice on the highlander and my counter offer for the trade in was Kelly blue book trade in fair market value.i got up in left because they was they treat people who come in pre aproved for a loan and knows what there doing I guess they just don't like because they can't rip you off..stay away from this dealership.

DISPLAY SYSTEM SHORTED

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT WITH THIER DUTIES. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR A FEW DAYS, BUT THEY PUT ME IN A RENTAL AND KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF MY CAR. I CAN NOT SAY ANYTHING DETRIMENTAL ABOUT THEM. I AM FULLY SATISFIED.

Issues resolved

My issue with Jeff Wyler has been resolved . we reached a compromise that was satisfactory , and the car is now much better. I would like to say that Dale Eggenschwiller in the service department went above and beyond in helping me out.

Simply the Best

TJ Smith at Jeff Wyler Dodge was great!! Genuinely cared about fulfilling my needs and did not use any kind of high pressure sales tactics like most car salesmen do. I highly recommend TJ and Jeff Wyler if you're considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. Best salesman I've ever worked with and I used to sell cars!! Great experience!!
