Great experience!

We are very happy with our vehicle purchasing experience with Jeff Wyler! They went over and beyond what we would have expected from a car dealership. Roger Lewis was our sales associate and gave us excellent service. We would purchase again from them!

Have been buying off Tom for 25 years plus, great guy to deal with does not try to sell anything . no pressure,, no hassle.friendly........ he makes sure you are satisfied with your deal.... sooner or later he will be retiring , will miss him then. until then go out and see him ..... he treat you right !

Great buying experience

We worked with Bobby Sells to purchase our last two vehicles. Straight forward information with our best interests in mind. The dealership met our goal price and handled everything very efficiently. Positive Buyer Experience

My wife and I had a wonderful no pressure car shopping experience. Rocky McKinney was super helpful by getting us a Hybrid Highlander and Hybrid Rav4 to test drive. When we decided on the Rav4, they found just the color and config we wanted at a Dealer in Columbus. My wife wanted to take it to Michigan the next day so everyone worked to finish the sale the same day. Rocky and other staff came after normal hours to deliver us the car - on a cold rainy night. We traded in our Hybrid Camry and elected to go with a lease. We've been very happy with the car and enjoyed our Wyler experience very much.

Service Dept

Beginning with scheduling and ending with service completion, the experience is very smooth. I have always had nothing but great service at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet. I have only had one issue that I was not happy with and they did everything they could to make me happy. Great employees! Great place!

Dissatisfied Customer - Hoping to be a Satisfied one!

I had to take my truck back to the service dept. three times with less than four thousand miles since I bought it. All repairs were taken care of, except the water damage to the headliner and seats, which my warranty protection doesn't cover. I feel the water damage was caused by the third tail-light on the cab was a problem before I purchased the truck; it just got worse. I have left messages with Scott Lozan and Tim Tyree but neither has returned my calls. Other than this problem, I like my truck! Hopefully, someone will call and we can get this taken care of.

excellent experience

This is the second vehicle we have purchased thru Jeff Wyler. The experience has been A1 both times. Tom Loney is wonderful to deal with and does his best to make sure that what one wants thru get.
