Mike Davis was a wonderful agent to show me the auto that I needed to test drive.He answered all of my questions and was efficient in the paper work for the lease. Russ Heaton was also very helpful in explaining the On star program as a bonus feature for 6 months. Sue Bates

really took good care of my college student

As a father of a college freshman you always worry about your child. Her car died and was towed to Jeff Wyler service. They were fantastic and very reasonable. Load off my mind knowing if she has any other car issues that Jeff Wyler Toyota service will treat her well. Thank you!

Total Care

When I went in for service, Ken met me at the Hyundia service desk. He was new to me and I told him I have had excellent sesrvice and I hoped he could do the same for me. He assured me that he would. AND HE DID! He got the oil change done quickly and then told me my car was on recall. He explained every thing to me and we made plans for getting it done. It is done and he picked up that my car needed alignment. It was done in an hour and he had the car inside and warm for me to get into it.. Yeh for Ken of the Hyundia service desk. I'll come again!

Oil change and check out on tires and brakes

The service rep was very helpful and took time to explain issues. The service manager, Gary Hayes, does a great job running a large organization.

Better than my first experience with Jeff Wyler in 2014.

Had a better sales rep the second time visiting Jeff Wyler. He helped me find what i wanted in the price range I was looking for.

Excellent service!

Recently had my 2014 Venza serviced at Jeff Wylers. Beautiful and very professional looking service center with easy drive in checking in a spotless environment! Everyone there was very friendly! Great price for work completed as well, and all was done as promised. Thanks for an awesome experience in service! On another note, we have purchased multiple vehicles from Jeff Wyler over the years in the Toyota area, and while we did not go there for our last purchase, due to a sudden decision made while shopping, we still appreciate their great team of sales & service personnel. Recently went into need to decide on whether to trade car in for truck, Matthew Crosbie reminded me of our sales person of old, in not being pushy or in any way trying to influence our decision, but just letting us know he was there for us. It will be back to Jeff Wyler for our next purchase for sure!

Excellent!

Always a wonderful experience! Even after a year of my original purchase Mr John Smith still takes time out of his busy schedule to email me making sure everything is going well. He even emailed me acknowledging my birthday! He goes over and beyond customer service!

Best Dealer EVER!!!

Jeff Wyler is the Best!! I always receive reminders in the mail and phone calls to help better service my car. Dale was my sales representative but he is now in the Service Department. He made my experience at Jeff Wyler the best and he continues to do that in the Service area. Jeff Wyler was not my first choice in choosing my car but they are who I recommend to everyone now.

A very Happy New Year Experience

With the help of John Smith we have purchased a new car we are very happy with. He helped us look through used and new cars of different size and prices and anything he thought would help us make a decision. Thanks John Smith and all employees of Jeff Wyler we came in contact with that were all helpful and made our purchase seem special. John Smith was very patient through all our indecisions and was an excellent help in our final decision.
