I was treated like a queen by all the Staff at Jeff Wyler Toyota in Springfield, from the first call from my online query that I received from Salesman Jason Rinehart who literally walked out in the rain and checked the interior color of two different Highlanders they had on their website, to Bill White, paperwork man, and all the others from anyone who greeted me at the door, yes, actually came over to me as I walked in and asked how they could help...just too many wonderful things to include them all on this review. After my first visit, I was often greeted by name! How in the world do they remember you like that, and I'm talking about all the other guys there, not just my salesman, Jason! Jason has offered to help me with any issues I may have in getting used to all my new electronics on the Highlander and I will take him up on that soon! What an awesome facility and the Highlander I wanted was right there, just a few miles from home! Had to take our vehicle in for a recall service. R. Jeffrey Miller was very professional and provided excellent service. The work was going to take several hours, so the courtesy van, driven by Mike, took me home and then came and picked me up once the service was completed. Jeffrey even called to let me know that the service was taking longer than they had anticipated, which was very nice to know. Everyone at Jeff Wyler is always nice and professional.
