Good service

I am always treated nicely when I go for service. I went to get an oil change and was told an hr wait and was done in less than an hr. Fast and friendly service. My only issue is the fact that I have a backup camera on my car that for some reason nobody can figure out why it "isn't installed or doesn't work".

The Jeff Wyler Experience

The experience of purchasing a car was a great one believe it or not. The Jeff Wyler staff members I encountered were very courteous and knowledgeable. I am confident that I will recommend others to purchase a vehicle from Jeff Wyler. I am a hard person to please, but the Jeff Wyler team did so and then some. Kudos!

Tammie is AWESOME!

I came in looking to get a 2013 Chevy Cruze that I found online and Tammie put me right in it! I love my new Cruze and so thankful to have had Tammie to help me get into the car that I wanted!

Easy, no hassle experience.

We were looking to buy a new Kia Soul and had been to other dealerships that used high pressure sales tactics. We came to Jeff Wyler and were so happy with the entire experience. Everyone was pleasant, friendly and much more laid back. We were happy to purchase from Jeff Wyler. We love our new Soul and Eric Powell was great in helping us find the right one and getting financing that would fit our budget.

Awesome as Usual

Had an appointment for an oil change. Was met by the happy helpful Mr. Miller who checked me in. I went into the clean, warm and inviting waiting area. After a short time, Mr. Miller came to get me to tell me my car was done. He stated that besides just changing the oil, many other things were checked out, i.e., tire rotation, health of my brakes, status of my air filters, as part of the service. Nothing was found that needed my attention. I know I will have this same positive experience the next time I take a vehicle to this dealership for service.

Satisfied Customer

Tyler Lacey was my salesperson and he did an absolutely outstanding job. Had some trouble with my vehicle and he made sure everything was taken care. It is obvious that this young man truly cares about the product that he sells but more importantly cares about his customers. I will definitely be back to buy another car from Tyler.

recall for radio-chimes and oil change

Dale is the best from welcoming you and your car, to checking in with you while you wait to keep you informed of how the work is progressing. Every thing is double checked on the service order and he explains things so you understand. A great guy for this job . Thank you, Dale. Robin A.

Used car purchase

My old car had started suffering from transmission problems and I needed another vehicle but wasn't exactly sure what to do or where to turn. I work across the street from Jeff Wyler and decided to start there and I am glad I did as their employees were very friendly, extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable during the whole car buying process. I want to give a shout out to Colin Crowe, who sold me my car, he did an awesome job during the whole process and was very outgoing and friendly to me the entire time, I appreciated that. Based on this experience, I would definitely buy another car from Jeff Wyler again!
