Great new car purchase experience!

Great new car purchase experience! Especially, sales rep Francis King. Completely delivered my expectations on pricing and financing for the car I chose with a simple and straightforward approach. Couldn't ask for more! And, a really nice guy too! Jordon took my internet call and. immediately, set up my appt with Francis (recommended by a former customer) as I requested. Met with me on arrival to assure Francis and I connected. Met with Mike for my personal "training" session on all the great features of my new Crosstrek. Immediately he tuned in to the specifics of what I needed and patiently took me through the process making sure I could the best experience using all those features literally in my hand. Without a doubt the whole experience could not have been better!!

Not the cheapest auto service facility in town; but the

Not the cheapest auto service facility in town; but the technicians and service reps are trained to a high level. I have not yet had to return a Subaru to the service dept because a repair or routine service was flubbed. I presently own two Subaru's and the Subaru that preceded these saved my neck twice. You can buy a more expensive automobile, but Subaru is the best quality for the money.

Courteous salesman Javier.

Courteous salesman Javier. Bought a new Forester. After some haggling and adjusting they gave me a deal I could live with. Think they could have done better on the out the door numbers. But I'm happy and enjoying my new car.

I arrived with the intention of purchasing a truck cash they were really pushy towards finance truck was listed at $21,000 i offered up to $21000 They rejected and gave me a out the door number of $26,500 Would not go any lower and kept insisting on finance It's a shame that instead of getting the sale they preferred To hang on to it.

Service dept is courteous and quick, although the girl

Service dept is courteous and quick, although the girl answering the phone has at times been quite discourteous. This was not due to any rudeness on my part, but just because I asked questions about the recall of my fuel pump. I called back and got John Reilly on the phone, who was gracious and patient. His demeanor was cheerful and helpful! This accounts for my rating of average.

Best run, customer-focused dealership I’ve ever dealt with in over 50 years. Helpful, low-pressure sales and very helpful and capable Service Dept. We were so impressed with this dealership and Subaru products that we”ve bought 2 vehicles and recommend these folks to family and friends.
