Service Depts across the board needs work

We have two vehicles one of which was purchased new from Wyler CDJ, that experience was great! The salesman left one week later, which is basically the calling card of Wyler employees we've dealt with. I've had terrible experience with Jeep service, from not contacting me when service is compete numerous times or calling incorrect numbers and emailing wrong accounts with my appointment info. I recently had a flat tire and couldn't get my wheel off due to over torqued lug nuts, never had anyone else touch my car but Wyler service dept. Thankfully I was home and not on the side of the highway somewhere so I was able to have help plugging the hole and getting a new tire. The service writers I've dealt with are either not knowledgeable or are completely condescending and rude. I've worked in a Chevy service department and I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service. We've had an AC line failure in a 2015 Tahoe since June and it just now got fixed in November! This is in part due to Chevy not having the part available but it took about 4 different calls to Wyler service and parts and eventually had the service manager take over to order parts. Now we're told the hub bearings are shot and need replaced...on a 2 year old vechicle that's been in and out of the service dept since June with no mention of this issue! I understand some things wear with time and mileage however you'd think this would have been noticed during one of the other visits months ago? I truly feel the service departments need to get better organized and pay more attention to detail. No one enjoys when things break or malfunction on their vehicle unexpectedly but there's a way to lessen the "blow" to customers by providing great customer service. I have not one time been greated with a smile by any service writers, sometimes that goes a long way, and it's free.

Mike Mingl Jeff Wyler Chevrolet is top notch!

I’ve bought two vehicles from Mike at Jeff Wyler. He is excellent at what he does. He goes above and beyond, always getting me the best deal around, spending the time showing me the vehicle, putting my needs first, always friendly, patient and helpful! Mike Mingl goes way beyond what any past salesman had done and I highly recommend him. I will never go to another dealership not will I ever talk to another salesman ever. He’s that good.

Return Customer - 1 years alter - still great

10 years ago we bought a Prius from Jeff at Wyler. Now at 2212,000 miles it is time for a new one. Jeff is always knowledgeable and helpful Got us the best deal ever..

Great people ,,had a great experience with everyone there, very pleased with our vechele and and the help that we got setting everything up ,,and. David was a big help he answered all of our questions and was very pleasant to talk to

Like family!!

Tom Loney is the reason why I shop jeff Wyler,this was my second vehicle that I have purchased through him and he’s like family! My husband called him told him what we wanted and he worked very hard to find what we needed to make us happy and give us what we wanted!! My husband is not a easy man to please but Tom always seems to come through!!! So I just want to say thanks to Tom Loney for putting me in my new 2018 V6 Camry!!!! I??It!!!!

Our salesperson was patient in working with us and our questions. He quickly found the elantra we wanted and it was delivered in a very timely manner. The paper work part was very efficient.

great service

We had our car serviced in the Springfield Toyota dealership. They did it in the time stated and gave us a courtesy ride into the local plaza so we could get some lunc and brought us back when car completed. The service was correct and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership.
