New car pwmer
I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trak from salesman Eric Powell who was very through on all aspects I needed to be told concerning my purchase and Terry Smith helped me setup all my features available on the car so I was prepared to leave the dealership assured everything was proper for me plus he took me to the service area and explained this process and I met Kendra who gave me much confidence if/when I needed to bring my car in for service needs. I ordered heated seats to be installed and the dealership gave me a free shuttle trip back to my home and offered to pick me up when my car was complete and ready to take home. All individuals treated me with respect and helped me with any questions I had plus assured me I can call for any issues or questions in the future. I rate this dealership top in my book

2016 Malibu
The service department took care of all the problems with my Malibu and they had to order parts but one of the parts didn’t come in and they found it at another dealership and picked up the part and got my car fixed

I bought a new vehicle last year from Russ Heaton. Very happy with my experience. I had to have my vehicle towed in last Friday do to mechanical failure. I got there before they closed and Brandon in the service department was so very helpful and so very nice. I had my vehicle back on Tuesday at 100%. Service
Had to take my car in because of check engine light had come on. It was diagnosed quickly and I was immediately offered a vehicle to use until the part came in and could be installed. This was Friday. I repair life saving medical equipment and can be called to work in a moments notice so reliable transportation is a must. Brandon set me up right away with a vehicle to use and mine was repaired by Monday afternoon. Excellent customer service from Brandon when entering the service department and excellent from Jeff when picking up my car. Also, perfect repair work.

Poor business practices
Jason at Jeff Wyler called us on Monday afternoon and said the finances are settled the truck is yours come in Tuesday and pick it up. On Tuesday, before we got there they sold it to someone else! Al so, the price quoted on Monday was $313 per month. Mysteriously, on Tuesday (if the truck had still been there) the price had risen to $391 per month. You can't trust anything they tell you.

Over the Top
I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and I HATE the process. This time around I had a DieselGate car that was being bought back by... well... look it up. I didn't really want a new car, but I since I had too, I wanted one that had the mileage I was used too. After several dealer visits around Springfield and Dayton I ended up at Jeff Wyler in Springfield. Thomas Thatcher came out to greet me. After a short conversation about my situation he tossed me the keys of the car I had reserched for a test drive. After, yet another, dissapointing test drive, I pulled back into into the dealership and Thomas had the car I was looking for cooled down and ready. He totally listened what I was looking for. He understood and Nailed it! Here's the "Over the Top" part... Due to the timing of the DieselGate buyback and my Family vacation, I had a 2 day window to purchase the car so I could get my family to our reserved vacation. As luck would have it, a minor recall had just been issued for the car and the part would have to be ordered. Without asking Thomas arranged for us to take a brand new, Top of the line SUV on vacation as a loaner for the week. This was the perfect vehicle for this trip... Once again, Thomas listened and got it. I've been a car buyer for 35 years. After not really wanting a new car, I LOVE my KIA Optima PHEV. 2 Months in... 3000 miles... 1 tank of gas! The Jeff Wyler dealership was good to work with, but you have to ask for Thomas Thatcher. This guy really knows his stuff..
