Caring and interested staff/management

Attempting to but a car without perfect credit seemed almost too difficult of a task. However, Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield Ohio made it possible -- and even stood up for me with the Toyota lease "bank." I'm now driving a 2018 Rav 4 XLE -- the exact car I wanted. Thank you staff at Jeff Wyler for believing in me!

Great manager!!

Lance, service manager for Chrysler is awesome. Requested a tire rotation and was denied because one of my tires were going bad and the technician recommended it not be done. I asked Lance about it and he immediately told me that they should have been rotated because the bad tire was in front on my drive train and used for steering and made them rotate my tires free of charge!! He was upset about it which means he CARES about the service he provides to his customers!! BIG SHOUTOUT TO LANCE AS HE IS AN EXCELLENT MANAGER AND WOWS HIS CUSTOMERS WITH GREAT SERVICE!!

Fast service

Took my 2016 Silverado in for repair, 2 hours and had my truck back and good as new. I would and will take my vehicles back.

Charged me $1000 for a repair that I didn't need.

I brought in my 2012 Hybrid Sonata in because I was having trouble getting it started. It would ding and give lights and go into auxiliary mode But not start. They said that my power relay assembly inside the hybrid battery was bad and charged me $1000 to fix it. They called and said it was done and guess what? I get in there and it's the same EXACT same problem. Same lights and everything. They call the next day saying my 12V (regular car battery) is bad and want $400 to replace it. I went to Advance auto Parts and got the battery and replaced it myself in Jeff Whylers parking lot for $170 and boom. My issue is gone. Why in the heck wouldn't the "experts" start with the simple repair first? Such as put my battery on a charger? Why go straight to a $1000 repair? They will not give me my money back and insist that the power relay assembly was in fact my problem but I am not stupid. The issue was the EXACT same after the repair. I would not recommend this dealership.

Efficient and friendly

The Factory recall, took just minutes. Friendly staff, Lance remembers me and explains what was done. Nice waiting area, with TV and drinks available. Thanks.

Terrible

Bought a used truck. Took it home the first day and the blower only works on high. Tried to get someone to fix it and the only thing they wanted to do is sell me insurance.

Beautiful Ruby

Love my beautiful Toyota C-HR. Her color is ruby flame pearl but I call her Ruby! She had her one year check up today at Jeff Wyler’s. in Springfield and they took great care of her. They also took good care of me. They listened and followed through; were polite and considerate. Great!
