New car
I bought a new car from them and within 2 weeks the brakes totally went out. They went over it with a “fine tooth comb” and could not figure out what was wrong. Eventually they replaced the master cylinder even though they could not say for sure that was the problem. After keeping the car for 2 weeks they want me to come and get it and drive a possibly unsafe car.

great staff!
My lease was up and time for a new one, I had a 2015 equinox. Very happy with it though no back up camera. The new ones come standard with it. My dealer was able to find a used one(2017) with all the same bells and whistles I had, plus a back up camera for a few less dollars a month. Couldn’t be happier with the easy transition from lease to purchase.

First time
I would recommend called my not using the web page to schedule service. They took care of me even though the schedule was messed up. Did not feel they were overly friendly though.

Exceeds expectations !
I was very pleased with the purchase of my 2012 Mercedes from Wyler Springfield , From the beginning to the end everything went smoothly . Great sales experience
I went into the dealership knowing which vehicle I wanted to try. I went in with a pre approval from my current bank. Ann was able to do most of the paper work on my lunch to expedite the process. D J was able to negotiate a lower rate, which turned into a lower payment then the current car I had. Both made this experience a good one and I will return when it is time for a trade.
Had oil change with reset of service needed indicator.
Service indicator was not reset having to make another trip over there to have it done.. Not very happy that us was not taken care of at the time of service

Maintenance program
The 2 yr/ 25,000 mile free maintenance program was a real plus. It was easy to schedule and they were knowledgeable about the features. They helped me figure out a few features I had questions about. A pleasure to work with Jeff Wyler Toyota.

price way too high
the price of my right tail light was too expensive. taillight on amazon was lower than $100.00 dollars.I don`t mind paying for labor , but $300.00 for a tail light is too much. IT really sucks. would suggest doing it your self. that`s my review.very unhappy.
