Now i understand the complaints low ratings the service

Now i understand the complaints low ratings the service department Gets, I've been trying to reach them since last Wednesday to get my car serviced and all i get is they are not available; I will not take my car there so it can sit for a week or 2.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Service sucks!

Service sucks! Great sales people but when it comes to the service it’s a different story. If you can get to the service department you end up having to leave a message. Good luck on someone calling you back. And when you do go to an appointment there are services they don’t preform. So you have to go to someone else for that.

The dealership does not live up to what they sell you.

The dealership does not live up to what they sell you. Horrible customer service. Mgmt needs to focus on customer service. Do not buy a vehicle here.
