Terry & Chris were great. No hassle just straight forward/honest. recommend to anyone that doesn't know a lot about purchasing a vehicle or anyone in general looking. Everything was done in amazing time. Great place.

Terry and his manager created a deceptive and fraudulent

Terry and his manager created a deceptive and fraudulent scheme for me, an out of state buyer. I would advise buyers to seek their car purchases from another reputable dealership. Buyer beware!

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt it necessary

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt it necessary to share my experience with Chris Abuhl to help others avoid similar issues. I purchased a Porsche Macan in June 2023 along with a warranty. Unfortunately, things did not go as smoothly as expected. Chris made an error by recording the wrong odometer reading, which caused a delay in processing the paperwork. It took nearly a month to correct the mistake, and I had to send multiple follow-up emails to get it resolved. In August, I had questions regarding the warranty coverage for my vehicle and the possibility of canceling the policy. It was extremely difficult to get a response from Chris. On average, I waited two to three weeks for a reply, and sometimes there was no response at all. Recently, I decided to cancel my warranty and reached out to Chris again. However, I was told he was busy assisting other clients. I left a message requesting a callback, but he never contacted me. I ended up canceling the warranty through another representative. Since Chris is the financial advisor at Aristocrat, I still had to deal with him for certain matters. When I inquired about the check that was mailed from the warranty company and asked him to explain the process and the actual refund amount, he couldn’t provide a clear answer. Instead, he put me on hold and then hung up the phone. Throughout this entire process, it felt like Chris was either disinterested or simply didn’t know what he was doing. After many attempts to reach him, we finally spoke on the phone, and I asked about the check. He told me to come pick it up at the dealership. When I inquired about the refund amount, which I expected to be around $3,000, he mentioned $1,300. I asked for an explanation, but he kept saying, "Sorry, I don't have it on me right now. I will go and check." My experience with Chris Abuhl has been one of the most frustrating in my life. As someone who works in the healthcare industry and sees nearly 30 patients daily, I question how someone with such poor communication skills and follow-through can be a financial advisor at a dealership. I have all the recordings and emails from our interactions since the day we met, and I anticipated these challenges. I hope this serves as a lesson for Chris and a warning for others.

I stopped by to just “look” at a car I saw online.

I stopped by to just “look” at a car I saw online. Stan met me at my car and I immediately felt the friendliness and authenticity, not salesman typical. In 24 hours I bought a used Camry for my granddaughter. Aristocrat went to great lengths to pop out a few dents and polish out a few scratches then overall detail and polish. We were thrilled. It was far more than we expected. I’ll go back again AND send anyone else looking for a car. Thanks Aristocrat and especially Stan!!!

We had a great experience from start to finish.

We had a great experience from start to finish. They salesman were welcoming and not pushy. We felt that the dealership was proud of the excellent service they provide and it showed. The team worked to help us feel like we were getting the most for our money. We especially liked how our teenage son was made to feel a part of the car buying experience. Our salesman educated him on the car buying, the money involved and the licensing of the vehicle. We will be back!
