The service department is number 1 with customer service and explaining in detail in what is going on with your automobile. Bobby and Jasmine go out of their way to make your experience at Volkswagen top notch. Keith has many years on Volkswagen and is extremely trustworthy! Would recommend anyone to use Volkswagen service for their automobile.

The service department is awesome, however, I don’t think I should have such a close relationship with them so soon after purchasing a car. The sales team mislead me concerning repairs that would be completed.
