Made an appointment with a service advisor which was no help. When to his office and he told me go back to my truck. 45 minutes after my appointment still no help. Manager ask me to leave the key in a envelope and they will get to it. So why make a appointment? Need better customers service. Learn how to great customers.

I haven't been to Sawgrass Jeep in a few years and I must say it has gotten even better than on my last visit which was good. Everyone was very helpful and friendly from when I first walked in to when I picked up my vehicle after having it serviced (4 new tires & oil change). Juan Ruiz was very knowledgeable and helpful, he also kept me informed of the status throughout the repair. I would definitely highly recommend him and the service department who did a great job on my repair..
