It was a smooth process with excellent customer service. Everybody at the dealership was super nice to me offer me water when I walked in. Everybody Asked me if I need help, but I was already attended super fast. Sawgrass has the best dealership that I’ve ever been to

First time coming to a dealership in Florida.
First time coming to a dealership in Florida. Incredibly disappointed. Came in, no one greets you, then when I made my way to a service advisor they said "do you have an appointment with ME?". I asked several times if they do a MPI with the oil change, as I wanted to see their recommendations for any services (I had a check engine light, brake light). While I understand you will not diagnose all my issues, letting a customer go without even a recommendation to address them is insane. He tried to sell a service at the beginning, $500 worth, based purely on mileage and not seeing the car, and I said no I'd like to see what the MPI results are and go from there. The service advisor kind of scoffed and said "so you don't want the service?" No, I'd like to do the inspection then go from there. They took the car back, the only thing they recommended was two tires for nails. No brake measurements, no tread depth, never saw a MPI sheet. I worked for Chevy for 5 years in PA, and have never received service so rushed and unthorough. Very disappointed in this dealership as I was hoping to find a home to service my jeep for some time. There was one gentlemen that was polite and professional, I unfortunately can't remember his name, but I'm not sure I'd bring my car back either way. The repairs that I will need in the near future will cost me a good amount of money, and I don't want to take it some where the advisor just simply can't be bothered to answer my questions or even do a simple inspection to get a starting position of where we are at. I expected to do a brake flush, and possibly the tires, but after that I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Avoid at All Costs – Classic Bait and Switch
Avoid at All Costs – Classic Bait and Switch Tactics Arrigo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Sawgrass is the epitome of everything wrong with the car-buying experience. Disorganized, misleading, and full of classic bait and switch tactics (which, ironically, is one of their actual Google review categories with 32+ mentions). I’m adding one more. Over a 48-hour period, I was handed off to three different salespeople, none of whom seemed to communicate with one another. In the middle of an appointment, Mark (a manager) called me—then asked if he could call me back. That call never came. After five hours, I called him, only to be lied to about the fees and how they do business. I came in genuinely interested in buying a vehicle priced right at Blue Book. I even told them exactly what I wanted to pay—just $2K less. Still, their deception and treatment made it an easy no, regardless of the price. They quoted the following outrageous and inflated fees: • PPP+ – $2,999.00 • Reconditioning – $1,411.00 • Documentation Fee – $1,298.00 • Electronic Filing Fee – $559.95 • PTA Fee – $189 • License Fee – $500 For context, here’s what I found with 30 seconds of research: • Registration Fee – $225 • Title Fee – $85.25 • License Fee – $45.60 • PTA Fee – $50–$200 • Electronic Filing Fee – $89 • Average Dealer Service Fee – $799 As a salesperson myself, I can sniff out B.S. a mile away—this dealership reeks of it. I sincerely cannot wait for the traditional dealership model to die. Tesla has it right: transparent pricing, no “market adjustments,” no games. Pay, pick up your car, enjoy the experience. What a concept. Lastly, to Silvia—the so-called Customer Relations Specialist—please save your generic copy-paste reply. It’s clear from the dozens of similar reviews that nothing changes here.

They had issues finding my reservation, which was made
They had issues finding my reservation, which was made very easily with an automated voice assistant over the phone. Eventually they did find it. They performed the NHTSA safety recall at no cost and under 2 hours. They were honest about what else needed to be replaced but I found a better price elsewhere. I liked the fact that they sent me a link to a video inside the shop showing my vehicle, which increases confidence in cases where seeing whats wrong with your vehicle helps understand and believe in dealerships who are known for ripping people off. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because my wife had to wait longer than expected for them to find the reservation and I had ro go back in and wait for the service-performed receipt which wasn't ready at pick up.
