Mitch made this purchase very easy. He was friendly and very transparent, and he took great care of my daughter during her purchase. I felt very comfortable sending her there alone to manage her deal.

Bought a 43k Jeep Grand Cherokee and I brought up that the seatbelts retract very slow and the floor mats are missing. He said he would take care of it by the time I picked it up the next day. The next day he said he talked to the Jeep dealership and it’s covered under warranty so just take it by there and they would fix it. That was a lie cause they said the vehicles warranty is expired and no one called them. Been calling and texting for 2 months and the salesman won’t reply back. I kept asking the salesman during the sale to put this in the paperwork and he kept saying, “no need man, your in the Air Force and we always take care of our military members”. Ya right, this place is your typical sketchy used car dealership.
