Our old vehicle had excessive over mileage and we were looking at several thousand dollars in mileage overage fees. Christine structured the lease where the dealership would purchase the old vehicle and we would be obligated for substantially less in mileage overage fees. My wife and I were home with the flu and unable to go to the dealership so Christine came to the house with the paperwork and delivered the new car. As if that were not a most considerate gesture alone she brought a gift bag full of useful automobile "goodies." I have been buying cars for over 50 years and have never experienced such a smooth and easy transaction.
