Kirk Wade is the best.

I went to Bell Road Toyota and had the pleasure of working with Kirk Wade. He was there to answer all of my questions, never pressured me, and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care. If you go to Bell Road, request Kirk Wade. He won't let you down.

Our positive buying experience

We were in the market for a new SUV. We found a couple of vehicles that interested us on Bell Road Toyota’s website. Kirk Wade responded to our request to see them. From the outset, it became apparent Kirk was most knowledgeable about the vehicles we chose. His attention to detail in explaining the numerous features of the vehicles and their differences was very helpful. We appreciated Kirk’s awareness of financial options to best suit our needs. After our selection, he was most diligent to ensure all aspects of our new vehicle functioned properly. All of these attributes paved the way for a smooth, pleasant buying experience. Car shopping with Renee

Renee went out of her way to show us the specific car we came to see. And worked out a no-fuss transparent deal we greatly appreciated. (And the dealer has a large fridge of fresh summer fruit for shoppers...very nice touch!)

WOW! Unlike any other car buying experience!

I've NEVER had an experience like this buying a car! I did not for one second feel pressured. Renee was extremely knowledgeable and quickly answered all of my questions. It was more like talking to a friend than buying a car. I didn't end up needing to buy a car because thankfully I was given one, but if I do need to buy in the future I will absolutely come back to Bell Toyota and ask for Renee. We need more salespeople like her.

Dedicated determination to fit the buyers wants and needs

Renee has outstanding commitment and experience to provide a wide range of options to fit car buyers needs. She is very knowledgeable and determined to help people out and is nice while doing it! If i ever get a new car again I'm calling renee!

Great Salesperson, Nice Dealership, Good Customer Service!

Everyone there was very nice to deal with. Renee was a great salesperson. She was very patient and kind to me and my family. She let me take my time picking out the right car for me. We test drove many vehicles and she was such a trooper when I told her I needed to come back the next day after I made up my mind. The whole experience was great! I would recommend this dealership to others and suggest that they see Renee for a very helpful salesperson that will give great customer service as well as make you feel comfortable.

friendly and knowledgeable--Robert made the process easy

I had told someone at the dealership that I was looking to lease a specific car and Robert had the information about that exact car printed out and ready for me when I arrived. The whole process was smooth with no pressure, and he helped me get the car I wanted.

Friendly, easy and prompt service with Kirk Wade

Kirk was easy to do business with, professional, friendly and informed on our product choice. We explained our requirements and he found the vehicle we were looking for and had it ready for a test drive when we arrived.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Service

I went into dealership after doing some research on the internet. I was sent an e-mail by Robert Jones the Internet Sales Manager. When I went to the dealership, Robert was ready for my visit and made the buying process easy and hassle free. He was patient, low keyed and knowledgeable. When I went in to pick up my car, it was ready and Robert spent all the time needed to help me set up the infotainment system. Good overall experience.

relaxed no pressure interaction with everyone we met with.

Dealing with Robert Jones was very relaxed and straight forward. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and gave my wife and I plenty of time and space to talk so we could make our decision that best fit our needs.
