I love these Guys, I went in to look at the outlander and

Car wasn't there for appointment!

Had an APPT to see a specific car, drove 40 mins each way. Due to mgr Anton's poor mgmt the car was not there when I got there. 12/1/22 730pm. Then he tells me the salesperson on the telephone didn't know. He decided to tell me and the sales person when I arrived it was taken for inspection. How about letting everyone know before customers come? Not after. They don't value customer's time. That's why I never buy from dealer's with excessive shady reviews. I thought this time might have been different. They probably don't even have the car but who cares. I won't be going back.

The best plase to by a car.

Mandated add-Ons + False prices

I can only blame myself as I did not take the lessons learned from other honest reviews . I called the dealership to let them know I am coming from a distance and confirmed that I will only pay the advertised price plus any taxes, docs and registration fee . After we checked the car and we agreed on the base price, we were surprised to see additional mandated non sense add-ons fees that summed up to > $6,000 of the asking base price without taxes and doc fees!. First they claimed the advertised price is only true if I must finance through their bank and if I pay cash then the it’s a different game !. I left the dealership disappointed, but then they called me and offered different terms if I agree to partially finance. After I return (horrible NYC traffic) they started the paperwork and were rushing me to sign without providing the final number, which made me feel uncomfortable. Finally, they informed me that the "owner" changed his mind and will not sell me the car unless I agree to the non-sense fees. What a waste of my time. Please stay away from this dealership.

Great customer service- Thank you Giselle.

Ask for Giselle for the best Service/Maintenance service. She?s really breaks it down, takes her time and ACTUALLY knows what she?s talking about. Oh, and you?re not going to get ripped off! Honestly, she did better by us than what the insurance offered. Thanks girl! You?re the best!

Very horrible dealership please do not go here

Horrible dealership do not go here they have these prices shown here but when u go they they up the prices on u it’s no reason u can have good credit and they jump crazy prices on you

Fake Pirce Online just to Lure you there

Fake price. Told us on the phone this car is for sale at the website price. When we got there. They charged $2500 for transportation and $3000 deal fee. And you have to buy their own warranty for $3400. It's a total rip-off
