VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH STAFF TREATMENT

Today was the worst experience. Never Again. I made an appointment to get my brakes done and arrived 1 hour early. They allow you to wait while they inspect your vehicle which it's suppose to be 60 to 90 minutes. For me they had me waiting over 2 hours and 37 minutes. Finally, they came to tell me to get the ok to complete the job. Which would have taken another 2 hours. 😡😡😡 I ask to speak to the manager to address the matter which he had a "I don't care how you feel and very nonchalant attitude." While his worker is bragging to push another customer through fast because its his friend and he need to get back on the road.🤔🤔🤔Wow!!! That hit under the belt. This place sucks and I will NEVER go there again. I am a small business owner which means "Time is Money". If Daniel would have explained that before I sat down I think I could have made better arrangements so it could have been a Win Win for everyone. More disappointing I had to make an appointment at another Brake Service Merchant because I had to get back to business. I left like I came, With a promise and No Guantantee. I hope this dealership understand that just because customers are not friends and family "WE ALL SHOULD RECIEVE THE SAME CUROISTY no matter GENDER, AGE, RACE OR TREE PLACEMENT."

Wonderful, stress-free experience

I had an absolutely great experience with this dealership, especially with Jeff Buck who helped sell me my car. I had been looking all over the southeast for a relatively specific car and realized Jim Hudson had one. I drove the 2 hours from my home to test drive it and meet Jeff and he was great from the first contact we had. He was very kind and wasn't pushy, at all, and after dealing with so many other pushy salesmen from other dealerships, I cannot tell you how refreshing that was. That alone pushed this car to the top of my list. It was extremely well-priced compared to similar cars I had looked at and in better condition. Once I did decide this was the car for me, he made everything super easy...I just had to put a deposit down and he actually delivered the vehicle to my house so I didn't have to drive the 2 hours back to Columbia. That was so appreciated and solidified my decision. He made a very big decision for me much easier, and instead of all the anxiety I had been feeling about such a big purchase, I was excited and relieved to finally buy from someone I felt like I could trust. I love my car and couldn't be any happier!

2 great deals this year

I?ve bought 2 cars from Jim Hudson Chevy this year and have been very happy. They got the payment where I needed it to be, explained things to me, returned my calls, were patient with many questions I had, were polite and very professional.
