I called dealership for a update on my truck on Monday I

I called dealership for a update on my truck on Monday I had took in Friday morning no response left a message for service person also the manager then called 5 times on Tuesday to service person and manager no reponse back finally on Wednesday I was contacted not too happy with them at least the service manager could have called me back after 2 days

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the repeated and unresolved issues with my AC unit. I have spent multiple thousands of dollars and many hours of my time bringing my vehicle in multiple times. Despite paying for three freon fills, the problem persists, with a new issue now being identified. I am seriously questioning the effectiveness and honesty of the service provided given the substantial financial and time investment without a resolution.

I went in for an oil change and to have an airbag problem

I went in for an oil change and to have an airbag problem solved. A double diagnostic was conducted and my timing sensors were flagged as well. I opted to get the oil changed and do the 2000 dollars worth of work next month. When I pick my car up the change oil message is still active, there is no oil change sticker date, in my windshield, and tire pressure messages are also present. My car was there for a total of five days. Hopefully this team majors, on the minors, with other patrons.

When we took delivery of the Equinox EV, we encountered

When we took delivery of the Equinox EV, we encountered several issues despite being told the car was ready. The vehicle had multiple long scratches (I sent pictures of them). The detailing was poorly done; the car was not properly cleaned, with dirty door and hatch jambs, and what appeared to be dried soap residue left on the surfaces. Additionally, the car was covered in light swirl marks, making it look like a used car in the sunlight. The lower left part of the driver's door was misaligned, sticking out further than the passenger door. The tires were also 10 lbs under-inflated. I drove the car to work the next morning, a 65-mile one way commute, and had no opportunity to add air, which affected my efficiency. Also the low tire alert was covering my instrument panel up not allowing me to view information as I drove. The windshield washer fluid tank was completely empty, preventing me from using the Super Cruise feature, which relies on the fluid to clean the front collision camera. There was also a software issue: sometimes, when the car was plugged in to charge, an error message appeared saying, "Unable to Charge, Try a Different Charging Station," even though the car still charged to 80%. We contacted our salesman, Jeff Buck, who worked with us on these issues and suggested we bring the car back to the dealership. The car was dropped off and picked up the next day. The long scratches were fixed, but the detailing was still lacking—although it was better, the rear hatch area wasn’t vacuumed, and the swirl marks were still visible with no improvement. The driver's door was not adjusted. I had asked Jeff to see if it could be fixed with a simple adjustment, as I didn’t feel confident they could handle anything more complex without causing further damage. As a result, the door was not adjusted. The tires were still under-inflated. The washer fluid was added. Nothing was done about the software issue. I was told if it persist to let them know. I had already reported it and sent pictures of the error. Overall, I feel the car should have been fully ready at delivery, and many of these issues could have easily been avoided. While it was inconvenient to bring the car back, even after doing so, some issues remain unresolved. I suppose we’ll just have to learn from this experience. That said, I want to commend Jeff Buck for being great throughout the process. He made the experience easy and pressure-free and sincerely apologized for the issues. I don't blame Jeff, but I do wish the other managers would pay closer attention to the customer experience beyond the initial sale. We didn't see any other manager take an active interest in our concerns—only Jeff. Thank you, Jeff!
