Zach was great!! I live in Red Bank, and the dealership in lexington could not service me that day. To be greeted with a smile, and very informative, made me feel so good! I will take that drive, because you have gained a new customer in me!

Kenneth Moore was amazing and went out of his way to help

Kenneth Moore was amazing and went out of his way to help me get my vehicle fixed, as it broke down on my way from Greenville to Myrtle Beach. He sent me updates on my phone, had the part sent over from another dealership, and set up a free ride to a local restaurant while I waited for my repairs. My friend who accompanied me on this trip said the customer service was so amazing, that she would drive to your dealership to purchase her next car 🚗. She doesn't even own a Chevrolet. I have never had a more pleasant customer service experience at a dealership before in my life! Thank you Kenneth Moore 😀

the service was great let me bring my own parts, the only reason I didn't give a 5 is that a blub was out in the replaced taillight assembly.

A very pleasant experience buying a car from this

A very pleasant experience buying a car from this dealership. Rebecca is such champ! She was never pushy and just give you the desired professional service you expected as a customer. Prior to coming here, we went to 2 different (popular) dealerships which just gave us nothing but stress and headaches. It is a breeze dealing with honest and nice people.
