Very unhappy customer
Jim hudson Chevrolet on newland road very bad experience. My credit is not the best so my interest is high. And I put a down payment down. But the sales manger was very pushy . They really got over on me. Didnt listen to my concerns at all . Just was trying to make a sale. Sincerely , A very unhappy customer

Don’t do it!
Been trying since November to get some things fixed on my brand new car we bought from them. It’s like trying to pull teeth getting a response. It took until January for them to get me in, they “fixed it”. Not. On the way home with my car the day they claimed nothing was wrong, it did the same thing. It’s May and I tried to contact them again, now I’m told by the general manager here just take my business elsewhere when they’re the ones I bought from and should be fixing it!

Customer Service
I was greeted with a smile and very courtesy staff (Zach) to where they listen to my concerns about the other Jim Hudson GMC dealership. I went to Jim Hudson GMC dealership on 1 May to get my GMC Terrain oil changed only to be told that they can't service or do anything to my vehicle unless I had appointment. I told them the last 3 times I had appointment for oil change I was there 3hours plus, so what the purpose of having an appointment. They told me that they couldn't do anything, so I told them that I would go somewhere else. So that's when I took my vehicle to Jim Hudson Chevrolet without an appointment. Jim Hudson Chevrolet staff (Zach) informed me that due to that I didn't have appointment that the oil change may take about 2hours or less, but they could take care of the services that I wanted. Zach also informed me of some much-needed services to my vehicle in which I had them complete them and all of services only took about 1:45 minuets. So due to the professional staff at Jim Hudson Chevrolet I just might be changing my preferred dealership from GMC to Chevrolet.

Who would ever imagine that buying a car world be a pleasant experience? Not me; but Cassidy, my sales associate, won me over. Taking cues from our conversations, she envisioned precisely what I’d love, even though I didn’t even know myself. One afternoon, she sent me a link to the perfect car (SUV). I test drove it the next day, and it was mine by the end of the week. It’s exactly what I didn’t know I wanted, and I love it! Everyone I have encountered at that dealership has been polite, courteous, and focused on meeting my needs. Great job, team!

Great experience!
Great experience! The GSM Dom got me a great deal on my 2021 Chevy blazer and Sly did my financing and took great care of me and got me an awesome rate! Absolutely recommend!!!

They have had my car for over a week after promising it
They have had my car for over a week after promising it to me in 24 hours - they are great when you purchase a car- not so great when you need help witht hat SAME car. The service desk is rude and condescending when I have tried to follow up on when I can get the car back and they say they cannot get the part nor loan me a car _NEVER AGAIN.

I started looking for a car shortly after the first of the year. Jim Hudson had the best online prices for what I was looking for. When they initially contacted me I told me I was shopping and didn't want to be pressured or called 100 times a day. They checked in via text about once a week, which was fine by me. I finally found what I was looking for and it was within my price range. The purchase was painless and everyone involved was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, no hassle purchase. Rebecca, Jamie, Sly and Lambo were very professional and easy to work with. Sly explained everything about my extended warranty to me and Lambo is just easy on the eyes ya'll!!!!
