Emileigh made the process easier than any I’ve experienced buying a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and instantly made anything I ask for available. Additionally Emileigh was great at communication , always easy to get in touch with by any means. I was really impressed with the respect and thankfulness with which I was treated. Overall a superior experience.

I expected to end up buying from a "no haggle" dealership, but the price negotiation process was so easy and comfortable at Toyota of Gladstone that it changed my mind. It's hard to say no when a dealer gives you everything you ask for. My salesperson, Emileigh, was not at all what I expected. She was very pleasant and casual - not pushy in any way. I will continue buying from Gladstone as long as they employ excellent salespeople like Emileigh.

After being denied from dealership to dealership. Toyota took a chance on me and gave me an opportunity to experience the beautiful world of adulting. Getting me into not only one but two beautiful trucks and going above and beyond to make sure I was and still am satisfied with my purchases. Couldn't ask for anything better than this dealership.

I walked in to Toyota thinking I was just going to hear another salesman preach me his pitch. But instead I didn’t get that kind salesman at all. I got treated by an amazing salesman that treated/ talked to me like a real human. He cared about what I actually had to say and if I had any concern he was there with a real answer; he wasn’t there to guilt trip me into selling me a car that would make it so I was in over my head. He was there to fill my needs. He was kind and patient with my process. Both Eric and Jeremy were on the ball rolling with me. This is the greatest experience I’ve ever had with any dealership I’ve been too. I can’t thank you guys enough!

My husband and I were able to get the minivan that we need for our growing family. Our most kind and friendly sales person Eric was able to get us in and out in about 4 hours. Thank you so much for taking care of us once again.
