Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible experience. People working there are unprofessional and very rude, especially management.

Purchased a CPO E-350 now looking to buy an SUV.

I purchased a 2013 CPO E-350 from Dan Zoda about 16 mos ago and I'm now getting ready in late April to puchase either a CPO GLE or a new GLC. I like the whole process at Lokey ... Dan was great ...and I plan on meeting with them in late April to decide what I want to do.

Best experience buying a car! Purchased a GLE 400

Management treats customers POORLY, dismisses loyalty.

After purchasing 2 Mercedes over the past 5 years and spending over $100,000 at Clearwater Mercedes, i ran into trouble. My 2011 GL450 with just 40,000 miles (which is upside down $10k) has an air suspension issue when my female partner and our 2 kids were at the library--she didn't want to drive it. I called to see if they had a loaner, which they did. However, with the towtruck guy running late, the 20 month and 4 month old crying, and i'm on crutches, management would not provide me a loaner with out the car being there despite my years of history (evidently, others rec'd loaner cars then towed car elsewhere--now I was paying the price!). The good service people called management--NO was the answer. after 45 min, I left with kids in my Tesla and decided to take me and the car elsewhere. DON'T BUY OR BRING YOUR CAR at LOKEY MERCEDES Clearwater, a place where management has such a strangle hold on employees that good people cant make reasoned decisions. Dr. James Lani. PS: My Tesla--no hassles, empowered employees, smart management.

Great dealership that has hired excellent people

My husband and I have bought numerous new vehicles. We agree that ths dealership is one of the best, if not the best we have delt with. Great inventory to choose from great sales staff and financial personel. Really enjoyed the concerige that helped us with all of the "bells & whistles" on our new GLA250 we purchased from this dealership. Sandy Ammerman and all went way beyond the "call of duty" to help us and make us feel at home. Would recommend this dealership to all!

Fourth time buying a Mercedes from Joe Reviere and Lokey

This was my fourth Mercedes that I have bought through Joe Reviere and Lokey Motor Company. Joe always does the research for me and he always finds the exact car that I want. He is very knowledgeable and he makes the process smooth and painless. I wouldn't buy a car without Joe being my salesperson as I know he always has my best interest in mind.

1st Time New Car Dealership Buyer

In the past I have always bought used cars and paid cash. I have never bought anything less than 10 or more years old, but not this year. For the first time I bought a newer car from my uncle D (Deranty Cohen) at Lokey Motor Co. I upgraded form my 2002 Lexus ES300 to a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA250. The experience couldn’t have been any better than I wanted it to be. My Uncle’s negotiating skills, knowledge and ability to separate family ties to do business was impeccable. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The loan process was painless and my uncle and his manager were able to shop around and get me the best rate. Deranty pays close attention to detail asking questions about lifestyle, needs, and wants. His compassion to helping me find the right car that fit in my budget made me feel at ease. My first new car experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I never thought in a million years that I would ever buy a newer car, but with the help of my Uncle and his manager it was possible. If you want to have the best car buying experience with someone that is knowledgeable on cars, sales, loans, and that knows how to understand what customers need, go on down to Lokey Motor Co. and ask for my uncle D. Buying a pre-owned Mercedes

Painless Sale

Met Russell in the showroom and we worked well together to determine if Lokey had the best car at the best price for us. Ultimately it did not take too long before we agreed to a vehicle and terms. He and Lokey were helpful throughout our journey to a new leased GLE350.
