I have been in the Toyota family for a long time and I just bought a 2008 Rav4 at Acton Toyota. I went to Bob Rabb and Acton Toyota on a very high recommendation from my niece who had bought a car from Bob several months before. Bob immediately puts you at ease and as a result of his great listening skills, it took him no time at all to understand exactly what I was looking for in a new car. The whole process of buying my car from Acton Toyota and working with Bob from start to finish was a very positive experience. I am convinced I made a great choice in the Rav4 and even more sure that buying it from Bob and Acton Toyota was even a better choice. Thanks for a great experience!! Ann Marie Carlson

I had a great experience there. I felt the salesperson was friendly, helpful, and mostly importantly straight forward with me. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I will go there when I am in the market for another vehicle.

They were very patience dealing with us with absolutely no hard sell attitude. They seemed to be concerned about situation and needs. We will visit them again when it is time to buy another car.

I knew before I was ready to even purchase my next car...

I knew before I was ready to even purchase my next car that I wanted to go to Acton Toyota because I had a great experience buying my last car from them, but they exceeded my already high expectations. We worked with the internet department which was great - they gave us an honest and straightforward quote right off the bat and were wonderful to work with. The whole experience was enjoyable for both my husband and me - from test driving the car to even signing the paperwork. They never played any games with us and there was no reason to look elsewhere. They were also very friendly throughout the whole process and I felt like they were always willing to serve - Wellington even offered to stay late when we came to pick up the car in case we didn't get there before they closed, and even had the car warmed up for me when we got there! I will definitely be back for my next car someday and will recommend them to both family and frends. It was a great experience and I LOVE my new Corolla.

While I did not purchase my car from this dealer, they...

While I did not purchase my car from this dealer, they were one of the only 2 in the state that was able to find it. I put a deposit down with them. Another dealer got the car, but Acton returned my deposit without asking questions or giving me a hard time. I felt comfortable dealing with them and would recommend them because they are honest and upfront about how they do business. PS - I did my entire car shopping experience online/phone. I had no car to begin with so I did not deal with the people who said I needed to come in to discuss getting a car.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Used DealerRater.com as a tool for choosing my dealer, every dealer (5) I went to was listed and their reviews were spot on. The site really pointed me in the right direction. Purchased a 2008 Rav4 L through the internet sales department and dealing with Sales Person Juliana Chaves was painless and actually enjoyable - not the usual "trip to the dentist" buying a car can be. There was no BS and no need to barter; the price was great and the experience was as well. I did find the push for the extended warranty to be a bit excessive and didn't really have the greatest experience the one time I dealt with the service Department, but as for my buying experience, I highly recommend ActonToyota.com.

my dealings with this dealer were exemplary.from the first internet contact, matt farnsworth was assigned to me as my personal contact. he was respectful, knowledgeable and more than willing to let me drive any of the cars i showed interest in. this alone was a refreshing experience in that i could take the cars out on my own without a salesperson along. he was always available to answer any questions and i never felt pressured to make a decision in a hurry. the trade-in experience was pleasant,honest and straight forward. i usually dread that part of the buying experience. having bought over 30+ cars over the years, it sometimes resulted in walking out of a dealership in disgust. not in this case. everyone involved worked very hard to work out an amicable experience. ben koller handled the financial details and did so with professionalism and friendliness. i honestly can say this was the best experience in buying a car i have ever had. i have dealt with their service department before with my tacoma that i purchase elsewhere. i go there because the service is excellent.i live in gloucester, but, i certainly will go the so called extra mile to have my car serviced at acton toyota. they are that caring and professional.

I recently decided to ask for quotes on a 2008 Toyota RAV4 over the internet. Acton Toyota gave me the lowest price from six dealers that I asked for a quote. After meeting with sales representative Matt Farnsworth and test driving a vehicle, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was ready in less than two days. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Toyota.
