I left my vehicle with the dealership two times, but they were unable to fix the camera problem (it is intermittently not working). They said it was a programming issue, and they must not have the correct program to repair it. When I left my car the first time, I had thought the problem was still covered under warranty so was surprised when there was a charge since the service department had not communicated what the price for diagnostic work would be. When the problem continued after the second time they had my car, I called several times to request a refund of the $250 diagnostic fee; what good is a diagnosis if they can't fix it? Each time I called, the receptionist promised to pass my message along to the service manager and return my call, but I never got a return call (this happened 3 or 4 times). Finally when I called again and spoke to someone in the service department, he advised I bring the car in again. I gave up because I don't have time to keep taking and leaving the car that they had previously told me they weren't able to fix.

I called to schedule a service appt and actually reached a live person AT the dealership. Once I arrived, the shop was clean and the staff was very friendly. Abi took great care to review my requests. The work was done in a timely manner. Thanks for helping me with the coffee machine Abi. I will definitly be back.

Tech entered the truck with greasy shoes after oil change
Tech entered the truck with greasy shoes after oil change had to clean carpets and floor mats. Also on tire rotation all four chrome valve caps were missing not good service.

Auto start stop repaired and still does not work. Promised damaged paint a resolution, Promised return call which has not happened. Emailed dealership and no response from dealership.

I knew it was bad idea to bring my Silverado in for a collision/lane assist camera issue. This location is always lackluster in their service. I dropped it off at 8:30 am with Greg. I had to call him for an update. i purchased the extended warranty through Chevy and Greg acted like Ally Premier Protection wouldn’t answer the phone. I don’t believe Greg made any effort to reach out to Ally Premier Protection Because they have always answered unless it is a federal holiday. Now my vehicle sits throughout the rest of Friday, the weekend and no confidence it will even be revisited on Monday. Don’t use this locations. Their customer service is atrocious.
